Picked up a jr whopper offer today. I asked for an up size fries and sub tbe coke drink for a lemonade. I asked them to remove pickels but then i got no tomatoes with pickels and i am allerhic to pickels and tbey vharhed me $10.71 although tne offer is $5??. I asked the lady at the window to explain tne price fifference and she kept saying she charged me regular price because i asked for a sub drink which usally should be the case. I usually pay tbe price diffetence which is lime additional 70 cents or follar max???. I ended up tbrowing tne jr. Whopper in tne garbage as i font eat pickels!!!. This place used to be the best in Bowmanville,lately quality is crying in tne corner!!!so sad!

Honestly like dealing with a child who doesn’t know how to speak anything other than “oh”. Issues with the app and nothing on it working right to use the deals and asking for assistance leads to absolutely nowhere when all the answers I get are “oh”. Thanks for the help, I’ve had better conversations with the wall in my living room.

Not the best BK around. Quality isn't the best but they are fairly quick. Drive-thru line usa can be fairly long, but usually much shorter than the other local fast food options

Tonight I went to grab a late dinner for my family, everything I ordered through the drive thru, when I got home I realized they charged me for a crispy roadhouse chicken sandwich but I did not receive that instead I got a roadhouse hamburger...so I called the store and spoke to a young girl and explained what happened and she proceeds to tell me there were no burgers made at the time I placed my order so in essence she called me a liar!! And then she says to bring in my receipt and they will deal with it when I come in to the store. I have a busy life hence going through the drive thru at 10pm and now I have to go back there with my receipt to prove I not lying...this place is a joke. And furthermore they should train the people there properly on how to provide good customer service. I will make it a point to be there tomorrow with my receipt but I wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic burger I recieved, but daughter was hungry and just ate it. Very disappointed with the entire experience at the Clarington Place Burger King tonight!!!

Thanks Giving afternoon went in and ordered 3 burger combos. It took mor than twenty minutes to get my order. There were three people working in the back and I noticed that the drive thru and Skip the dishes were given priorty. When we got our neals home they were wrong and some food items were missing. Last time I go to that Burger King.
Food was great. Service was fantastic. I'm an out of towner, this is my favorite BK!

Service is great, and food is okay. I love my tomatoes and lettuce just as much, so I wouldn't mind a little generosity in the form of lettuce and tomato the right amount, if not more, in my burger! They are way better than the Burger King in whitby North on Taunton next to the Home Depot. Thanks for the great service!
