I have ordered from here countless times every single time I order something is missing from my order or something is completely messed up with it. I ordered a hash brown and it came with colourful dots on it. Not normal. Ordered a buy one get one free and they will charge me in full but give me only one of the item I paid for.

Some staff are very rude and not up for Customer service. They said they can't cancel an order if we'd like to remove any item and add a different one as soon as we order.
Atmosphere is ok with mostly senior citizens all the time. Staff were smacking about a customer, and are not customer-friendly.
Even though coffee is cheaper and ok with taste, smoothie and other cold drinks are completely expensive and not added any nutrients for the price. I ordered a mango smoothie one day and they mixed a mango juice with ice cubes, grind it and gave which is absolutely bizzare and they charged $3.75 for small size.
I'd never go there and spend my money and would never get to talk to the rude employees.

Good location. Staff is really good. My only problem is that every time in there staff is coughing while making orders, brewing coffee and at cash and it's not sanitary. I've seen it a lot but today while making some breakfast coughing over the food was unacceptable. And this happens daily. Please have your staff wear masks that do this every day.Just read some reviews from 5 months ago and this coughing issue isn't new nor fixed.Update: Watch coffee on an online order today and two people left including myself because of it. Please address this. It's absolutely against food handling protocols.

Good food/coffee however, the owner is cheap and typically only has 1 or 2 people max working on the morning shift … for a coffee shop, mornings are typically the busiest. Wait times are always long. The employees that are there are stretched thin and trying to keep up with the demand. Terrible customer service, the girl with short hair needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training. It all started with a greeting and a request for an item she responded like I was talking a foreign language with attitude, then puts my item in the microwave and touched everything else in between then touched my item without washing hands or changing gloves. Took two people to make a uber order while I just standed waiting while I was there first I walked out. No interest in returning
