Copperworks Brew Pub Restaurant

Wife and I just had an incredible lunch at Copperworks! Kaleigh was awesome and shared some great recommendations. Food and their house brews were all amazing, one of our favourite dining out experiences in a long, long time. Will be back soon!!

New to the area and first time visiting this restaurant, we stopped in for lunch on a work day. There's dedicated parking for the restaurant, it's a charming older building with seating on a patio out front, we sat inside which was cozy with a good vibe. We were seated straight away on walking in, our waitress was very quick to arrive for our drink order, super friendly, and helpful with questions on the menu. Food arrived surprisingly quickly (we said 'wow that was fast!'), and it was hot and delicious! We were checked on a couple times while eating and she came back with the check as soon as we asked for it. Pretty much a perfect experience!

I took my wife out for dinner on a Friday night. Staff was friendly drinks were good but the time between appetizers and the main was almost an hour. My burger was over cooked and dry. The wife's rice was over cooked and mushy. We requested for more napkins and ended up finishing our meal without every getting any more.

I work in the community, and everyone has suggested I try this place. The moment I walked into the building, it had a funny musty smellI was very disappointed. Food was less than to be desired. Don't forget the long wait for food took about an hour. My husband's burger was dry and bland, with a handful of fries. I had the souvalaki dinner, rice was way overcooked, and the salad must have had the whole can of olives on it. I believe I had asked for napkins, never received. Waitress had to come back a second time to ask my drink order, not very attentive. I wouldn't recommend it.

So nailed that and got the bonus of tremendous service and hospitality plus great food (chefs kiss to ribs, salad with steak and quesadilla)

Me and a friend decided to check this place out on Twilight Tuesday after shopping in town. We went inside, we were seated outside as requested. Waitress came after five minutes to take our drink order. We waited...and waited...and waited. 25 minutes goes by and the waitress at this point has come out multiple times but completely ignores us? No eye contact, no check in, nothing. Did not even come near our table. We were sitting outside looking around with menus on the table clearly waiting for our order.

We both got up and walked out. Nobody noticed. 25 minutes and no drinks? God knows how long it would take to get the food. Based on previous reviews this seems to be an issue here. If your slammed or short staffed at least let people know ahead of time they might be a little more understanding.
