Great location with lots of space, excellent service an excellent Subs as to be expected at Firehouse. I want to point out that this place was extremely clean when I visited, and all the staff were very friendly and polite.

Firehouse Subs has always been my go to, this location was the first one I ever went to, and have been hooked on it ever since. Unfortunately the last 2 times I've been, I've been less than impressed. For almost $18 per sub, you do expect to have some sort of consistency. I had it 2 weeks ago, and wasn't happy. But I wasn't going to pass on it after 1 letdown, could have just been an off day, I get it. So I tried again last night. Same displeasure. I don't even know how to describe it. It's very dry and bland. I always get the Steak and cheese, it's my absolute favorite. But now 2 basic flavoured, dry subs in a row, is really making me contemplate the $33 spent. This has been my weekly treat after the gym, but I think I'm going to have to change locations or something. I don't want to knock the company, but I think they need to look into what's going on there. I literally dream about this sub. 😂

Extremely disappointed in the service.
3x we have placed an order through the website, gone through all the options /selections on what we want on the sub and what we don't.
3x we have received our subs loaded with all the things we didn't want on the sub.
Last night I decided, enough was enough and I called them to complain. Not only did they not have any information on the order i just placed, they said I would now have to come in and pickup the new replacement subs!
Not even a credit on our next order for such a huge inconvenience!

Total blame was placed on the delivery company, which at no point during the order process, was ever identified. Apparently, the website isn't run by Firehouse Subs, it's run by the delivery company!! They ask you to choose all your options then when sending the order to Firehouse, they give no special instructions!!

Firehouse, this is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery service doesn't screw up your customers orders!

Ordering on line is easy, 15 minutes later the delicious Loaded meat sub is ready, with a pickle spear. 😋
