Ive ordered couple times through door dash and called to let them know I wanted extra pickles... like a lot.
Food was amazing and the friendly service I received on both calls was even better. I'd give the service 6 stars.

Terrible restaurant and customer service won't even pick up the phone and the place is disgusting I called them 7 times for an allergy problem

Food- is usually good. Better than other fast food chains..My order was correct-Bonus! Service inside- Slow. I’m usually a drive thru person but needed to kill some time today. From what I’ve witnessed inside they prioritize delivery drivers and people coming for order pick ups rather than the people already waiting inside. Inside- clean at first glance. Surfaces appear wiped down, tables looked neat with chairs. (I came in early so this would be from whoever closed the night before) and due to lack of traffic inside. There is a Tv playing CP24. The only thing I can say looked truly gross was the caution wet floor signs stacked in a corner unnecessarily. Keep them out of view when not in use- also wipe those things down please the one stack looks like it has never seen a rag or cleaner in its entire life.

I came to Harvey’s today during the evening and was greeted by a cashier named Shady. His service was quick and efficient. This staff member really went above and beyond, asking about if the ice was was enough or too little, most people just give a whole cup of ice, and even dressed my burger making it look really appetizing. It’s the little things like this that make a really incredible service.. good job buddy, keep it up!

Ordered Door Dash. Poor delivery guy was waiting 15 minutes for my order (1 burger w/ poutine) and when it arrived (and I live LITERALLY 3 minutes away from this restaurant), the burger was so cold, I had to microwave it. Ordered a Root Beer and got a Pepsi instead. I will never order from here again.
