Junior's Handmade Sourdough Pizza

Went here on the review of Google. This pizza is 🔥. Crust was amazing and toppings galore. I ordered meat lovers and it was phenomenal. Been wanting pizza for awhile, but not the normal chain pizza. Try this little pizza truck out, you will not be disappointed.

This is probably on of the best pizza joints between Newcastle and Oshawa! The crust is sourdough which makes it chewy and easy to digest. Unlimited toppings and the staff are super friendly.

We order two pizzas yesterday evening (Aug 30th)
The pizza was Top Notch Phenomenal. 👌🏼
Now we know the pizza is ‘very good’, we will be back to order and leave a handsome tip.
Plenty of parking and room to manoeuvre a XL trailer.
….I just wish they had anchovies.

I’ve gone to Jr’s a few times now. Usually my brother in law demands it when he is in town. We got cup and char pepperoni and their famous pickle pizza. I’m a fan of both. The dough is really flavourful and I’ve called early for a specific time to pick up and it’s always ready exactly at that time. The garlic bread is always demolished before I get a chance to have some. Give it a shot, call in advance they’re a small shop but a great one.

Just found out about this place... Sourdough pizza is the best!! I have issues with gluten (not celiac), and was able to eat this comfortably. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to chat... Will be making this trek wayy more frequently now. Thanks for the great experience!

Always incredible. Me and the family make the 2+ hour drive from niagara a couple times a year just for a pizza. The Jalapeño popper pizza takes the cake for me, but my fiancé can't get enough of the dill pickle.

The sourdough crust has an amazing, slightly chewy texture, and the pizza sauce is flavourful! I would recommend ordering ahead and picking up, the pizzas usually take about 20-30 mins.

Recommended dishes: Dill Pickle Pizza

I placed an order last week for a pizza with light sauce and double bacon. There was way too much sauce for a light sauced pizza that it was poking through the cheese, and very heavy around the crust. There was not even enough bacon to be considered normal bacon, let alone.. double. I would gladly pay extra for double bacon because when I order I want what I ask for. Considering bacon is the only topping we wanted on the pizza, you may as well of called it a cheese pizza.

I know this is a staple of Bowmanville but considering the mass amount of competition around it’s highly disappointing to have a sup par pizza (when it’s usually great) at a premium price.

Just moved to Bowmanville and gave this place a try. I will 100% be going back. The pizza was incredible. Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza, ready in 15 minutes. The service was amazing and they even gave me a free house made garlic sauce. Absolutely recommend.
