Wonderful dinner night out Kelseys. I've been to a few locations and this bowmanville location is the best one! The food is always so flavorful and cooked to perfection! Our waitress Samara was incredibly sweet, kind and friendly. She made you feel comfortable and happy with the service. I can't recommend this location enough!!!

My wife and I come here often and we always seem to have Mariah as our server — and we couldn’t be happier about it! The other night, we brought our family friends with us, and once again, Mariah took incredible care of us. She’s always so cheerful and bubbly, cracking jokes every chance she gets! We were a group of six, and she remembered every single order perfectly without missing a beat — The way she engages with her tables, making everyone feel welcome and the experience meaningful, shows just how much she cares about her customers. Mariah is truly the reason we keep coming back. She is beautiful inside and out!

Visited last night for date night. Cara was an excellent server and did a great job! She was busy with lots of tables, but still took the time to provide excellent customer service!
I had the chicken parmesan and my partner had a burger. Both were delicious. I appreciated the variety of options in the menu as well.

My wife and I try to go here at least every Thursday for wings and drinks. Brittany at the bar is great! She has our drinks out almost as soon as we sit down. The whole staff there is great and we feel like friends versus customers. The Whitby south store is our go to and we highly recommend it!

Terrible service. Had to find my server for a straw everytime I got a drink. Had to go find my server to ask for napkins, cutlery, side plates, condiments. It was dead. No excuse. Ordered breaded wings, got non breaded boiled non deep fried wings. Then someone came out and tried to blame the wing situation on their supplier. The supplier did not cook your wings. Train your servers to work smarter not harder. Server was very unprepared. It was like it was her first day

Started off by being greeted wonderfully by the hostess and waitress, and food was brought to table within 10 minutes after ordering and did not disappoint. Great double smash burger and fresh hot chip truck style fries. Would go back again.

Dropped by Kelseys Roadhouse for lunch during a long weekend and had a great experience! The place wasn't too crowded, which was a nice surprise. The service was top-notch - our server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and satisfying. The ambiance was also really nice, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a solid choice for a casual meal out. Would definitely recommend!
