My daughter loves little caesers pizza and crazy bread so even though I am not a fan, we do tend to get once a week. Its called fast and ready but at bowmanville location expect to wait, 3 quarters of the time I am told it will be about ten minute wait for the fast and ready menu

The crazy bread is always overcooked every single time. It's the best item on the menu. Every other location doesn't ruin the crazy bread just this location. Guess I'm gonna drive to the next town Courtice to get crazy bread cause I won't be returning to this location because of this! It's rock hard and not edible!!!! I wish I could rate the food as a zero 😕

There needs to be a change in management. The last 3-4 times I go in there, whether it’s noon, 3pm or 7pm they haven’t had hot and ready pizza.

I had a fantastic customer service experience at Little Caesars in Bowmanville, and it's all thanks to Alex. From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with professionalism and a genuine smile. Even though the store was a bit busy, he handled everything with calm efficiency and made sure each customer felt taken care of.
He double-checked my order, offered helpful suggestions, and ensured it was hot, fresh, and exactly what I asked for. What stood out most was his positive attitude and attention to detail — qualities you don’t always see in fast food. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work.
If you’re ever at this location, I highly recommend asking for Alex. Management should know they’ve got a real asset on their team. Thanks again, Alex — you turned a quick pizza stop into a 5-star experience!

Went, Bowmanville Ontario ,and bought a pepperoni pizza at 1:50pm and it was ready to go, it seemed it was ready to go at noon too. Kept in a warming oven. Was 🤢, warm dried out old pizza. Isn't that what everyone wants? I picked the pepperoni off it as their pepperoni is so tasty. $9.05 for a few pepperoni. The owner that handed it to me should be better than that. Take pride in your food instead of selling crap. I won't be back.
The regular employees that this place hires is normally hard working and can almost always get to me as soon as I am there if it’s empty and with a nice and professional attitude but The management looks like they need to have better customer service skills I can’t stop hearing about The horrible customer service that is coming from the owner and the manager who work there and whenever I’m in and they are I never feel welcome or comfortable. It Sort of feels like all they care about is the money and they want you to be gone as soon as possible so much so that it feels like they don’t care about the customer service part of their job. The food is semi decent, but normally is dry or over cooked and has not enough toppings or seasoning.

The pizza was so good, lived up to the commercials. Unfortunately the crazy bread was an older batch so just double check it when you are in store that it's fresh cuz we all know crazy bread is crazy good
This use to be a great pizza place . After ordering a pizza that I asked for fresh and hot I picked up an old and cold pizza . I spoke to the supervisor who was pleasant but said I could drive back to get a replacement or be issued crazy bread at a later date ? He was new to management so I asked him to have senior management get back to me As neither offer was acceptable . I know the difference between a pizza cooling off and just blatantly old and cold ! The supervisor did call Me back after speaking to management and offered me a redo pizza within the week? After considering this it’s a hard pass. I should have been refunded my money on my credit card and a better attempt to solidify a future visit would Have been expected. I’m disappointed with so many businesses struggling . I will Choose Pizza Hut next time !
