Went in and the dining room and trash were filled, absolutely disgusting, trash was everywhere, food on the floor. Never in my life had an experience like that. Went to tell somebody (maybe they didn’t know) and the one girl with red hair looked at me with a dirty look and said “ so? “ - this is what it looked like. Would u eat here?

I was there 5 minutes before lunch started and I asked if it was too early or not for a burger. The cashier checked and she said it was fine. Yeah I couldn't order it from the kiosk at that time so I had to ask. It's very nice that they did that

Staff is highly efficient, but for picking up uber delivery, it always take more than 30-45 minutes, why wouldn’t you put more staff, its only one person taking n packing the orders, it affects everything, while waiting for my order, saw so many customers left even without ordering because staff was under too much pressure. no complaint to the staff, but highly disappointed from management.

It's been over a year since I've been to McDonald's. I went with family for dinner. The tables were dirty so I sanitized them. The garbage was over flowing . I'm not sure if they're short staffed but the restaurant is in need of attention.

The slowest service ever. Staff are just talking with each other. Nit paying attention if there’s lots of customers. And I just ordered coffee and a muffin. The owners or managers really need to investigate this.
Hash browns must have been sitting for a while they’re barely warm and soggy. The caramel ice coffee was HORRIBLE so much cream in a small that it was literally bitter… This was the worst location I’ve ever gotten breakfast I’ll never be coming back shouldve went across the road to the main location what a disappointment and waste of money

I ordered a McChicken sandwich, and I observed that the staff member preparing my food touched her hair and face before handling my order with bare hands, without wearing gloves. When I asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves, she responded that they don’t have gloves and claimed that the Canadian health department does not require them. Additionally, her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made my experience even more disappointing.
