I came here on July 3rd, 2025 and ordered my food at the kiosk. When I went to the counter to pay the employee that helped me was very nice. He double checked to make sure that the information of how I wanted both my hamburger and my coffee were in fact correct. He double checked because he said the kiosk sometimes shows incorrect information. The staff at this location are fantastic and I reccomend you come to this McDonald's if you're in the Bowmanville area.

Useless employees at this location. They do not know how to serve food out of the drive thru window. Every visit takes at lease 10 mins of waiting in car they never include condiments with happy meals. The renovation in my opinion was terrible.

Whoever is the “manager” at this location should be fired. It’s like they put a bunch of random items in a hat and whatever they pull out is what you get, and then even when you get it’s awful. I’ve never got an order that was right from this specific location, I actually am questioning the staffs reading ability. This is by far the WORST McDonald’s ever. Close down and put a Taco Bell asap 0/1000000

Slow drivethru. They had a number of cars pull over as their orders weren't ready. I don't think five out of eight cars would have unique orders that they'd need to wait. I'd assume it has more to do with a kitchen that isn't prepared.
