What an absolute treat, the wife and I are very happy with the experience. Service was great, food came out fast and delicious, the draft beer was perfect. 10/10

We had excellent service from Hannah this evening. She was very friendly and attentive. The hostess was also very efficient. The food was nice and hot and came in a reasonable amount of time.

Dinner took over 2 hours for a table of 10 and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. Sirloin steak was quite tough, even at medium rare

We were sat in a waitresses area who was dealing with a party of 20 plus. We waited a bit before we actually met our waitress. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals right away after realizing we shared the same waitress. We asked for the whole order to be put in immediately because of all the tables being sat down after us and we weren't tended to as fast as the other servers did theirs. Waters didnt get to the table, and when they did, there wasnt enough for all. Cutlery for 4 and we were 6. No appetizer plates. Then the fountain machine broke as to explain why there was no drinks. Appetizers come out in a respectful time without the drinks, plates or cutlery to accommodate them. After 40 mins and watching/hearing the table of 20 plus start to complain, we knew it was gonna get worse!! After more than 1 hour the waitress came back to the table to ask questions about our order!!!! She had not put the order in!!! Wow!! There was No Manager in site to address anything to!!! So we flagged down the hostess to cancel our dinner order if it was actually punched in and give us the bill to make an exit. They charged us for appetizers only and apologized. 1.5 hrs approximately with no Management response and a very disappointing Birthday dinner planned for weeks ahead. Other than the waitresses obvious mistakes and being overwhelmed, fountain machine breaking down, kitchen area staff meetings for God knows what, it was an overall catastrophe for our area forsure!!! Communication, transparency and most definitely proper Management probably would have made us tough it out..Downgraded to Boston Pizza but service was awesome!!

Food was amazing and service was great! Tyler the manager came over a few times to check on us as well. Friendly and efficient. Will be back for the beef rub and steak burrito bowl again!!!!

Service was outstanding! Our server was amazing. She continuously checked in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The food was good. I had the AYCE ribs and got to try the different sauces and my friend had the Mac and Cheese which she loved but she added the crispy brisket ends and was disappointed to only get fatty bits 😔 Aside from that, everything else was great! Will return 👍🏻

Our server Kate was amazing, she was never far away, but also not over bearing. We were there for a girls night and for quite a few hours and she didn't make us feel rushed at all. Thanks Kate!!

Do not order the brisket sandwich. It's the worst brisket sandwich I ever had. It was very dry, found something in the sandwich. That wasn't edible, have no idea what it was, it was nothing like the brisket. You showing your Montana commercials.

Good service. The server made sure we had everything we wanted and was available when appropriate. She was friendly and capable. She took particularly good care of the kidlets in our family. Food was varied. Some was great, some mediocre.

Our sever Liz was amazing and are food was great had a great experience and would definitely come back again

I recently visited on Saturday and had the most amazing service from our waitress Lily. She was absolutely lovely, she made such great recommendations and made us feel so taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning!
