I usually don’t write reviews but I just had the WORST experience at Mr. Sub. Ordered 2 pizza subs… they came not toasted, with NO pizza sauce… the cheese wasn’t even melted and the veggies are slimy. All in all, 40$ wasted and to top it off, I called the store and he said that’s how they come and that apparently there is sauce on it and he wouldn’t remake or refund and to contact Uber. Honestly such a joke - how hard is it to make a sub? And please fix your customer service. I will never order from Mr. Sub again. If you like dry, slimy veggies, and zero taste… this is the pace to go!!!

The assorted cold cut sub is definitely better here than the Subways. Too bad the are no Mr Subs at where I live. Mushrooms are included The staff are friendly and accommodating. The sub sauce is really delicious. The sub was toasted warm outside but still cold and refreshing in the inside. I’ll drive over here for my sandwich again.

The service at this Bowmanville Mr. Sub location deserves five stars—they truly went above and beyond and are a credit to the store. The food, on this occasion, was a disappointing two stars. I sincerely hope the management addresses the food quality and freshness, because the excellent team working the counter deserves a better product to serve. I might give it another shot just because the staff was so wonderful, but the kitchen needs a serious upgrade.

C'mon, it's a Mr. Sub in Bowmanville! The ingredients were fresh, the staff were friendly and quick. They even helped us split a footlong into two different sandwiches! I like subs and I believe it's a bit cheaper than Subway!

Food: worst food ever, they try to serve you "Marinara sauce" (sister of ketchup) you have to argue with them?that's not what I want to pay for . and willing to Eat that stuff Service: staff is not trained properly. Teenagers ? trying to make extra buk .They have to be lessoned and trained. Blame goes to owner . Owners blames back office and try to tell you, to send us massage on social media. Atmosphere : photos are for decor. Equipments (grill, etc)are there for show , till you remind the staff. In person, they can't do any thing but to serve you wrong food. All they have is "Vegetables" and "Non Healthy Breads loffs" . Vegetables earth grow thats why they fine . WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME
