Absolutely love bringing my wife to this place as they have so many options to meet her gluten free diet. The sweets you cannot even tell they don't have gluten and the sandwiches are always well made. It's one of our top places to go for a quick lunch and always enjoy the food we get here.
Everyone is super friendly and the keto pumpkin cake is to die for! If you’re looking for a keto cake that actually tastes like a real cake and has the texture of a real cake look no further! Also, the vegan frosting is spot on ( which is a big deal because I normally prefer dairy! )Amazing!

Nice place, very friendly staff and the food is ok, but nothing to write home about. I have ordered a few things on their menu, including the egg on a bagel, and the majority of it was pretty bland. I think adding sun-dried tomatoes, a pesto spread or just some spices in general would amp up the flavour of their dishes ?
