Osmow's Shawarma

I used to ride for Osmow’s when they first opened — now this location feels like it’s been taken over by people who’ve never met flavor or freshness. The meat looks like it’s been on a world tour, came back exhausted, and decided to retire in those containers. Dry, rubbery, and straight-up suspicious. Every bite is a jaw workout and a trust exercise.

The sauce? Once a creamy dream, now just sad, confused, and flavorless. The quality didn’t just drop — it jumped off a cliff.

And listen, I’ve given this place so many chances it’s embarrassing at this point. I’m officially done. I wouldn’t give this meal to my dog — and he’s eaten his own shit.

Today I orderd chicken on the rocks and my chickend was icy cold and tasted rotten. Food quantity was so less, I specifically told the guy who was taking my order to put extra sauce and spices and he did opposite he put less sauce and no spices at all. I do not recommend this osmows at all. I usually go to Oshawa location today was my first and last visit to this place
I wish I could give them zero star.

Food was alright but the blasting of the Indian music is just unacceptable…

It was very difficult to understand the staff taking the order. We selected mild and while it wasn’t terrible, it was hot. My lamb shawarma continued gristly and burned pieces of lamb. The wrap could not handle the wet sauces and quickly burst open leaving a dripping mess but at that point, I’d decided to not try to finish it. I won’t be back

Terribly slow service. The 2 women working there keeping looking back at the growing line and not taking any orders. One keeps looking at us saying “a couple minutes”. It’s been a couple couple minutes now

By far the worst Osmows location ive ever ate from. Maybe even the worst shawarma place altogether.

Overpriced for hard chicken with cartilage and burnt fries almost every time + bare minimum amount of sauce.

There is zero redeeming qualities about this location.

The staff should do clean and clear labeling if same product of different components are ordered
