I usually love coming here because the food is always great, but I had a very upsetting experience today. After placing my order, I was leaving when I overheard a worker throwing up in the bathroom. Concerned about the situation, I sent my boyfriend back in to request a refund, but the worker dismissed it, saying it wasn’t his fault. My boyfriend left, so I went back in myself to explain that this is a serious health concern. If an employee is unwell and vomiting, they should not be allowed to work around food—it’s a clear health code violation, especially with health concerns like the current virus going around. This situation was truly disgusting and unacceptable.

We ordered several large catering orders for our office lunches and Osmow's Bowmanville made it very easy for both ordering and pick ups! Vennela was who helped me take and place the orders ahead of time and made sure they were all packaged up well and on time for delivery dates. The feedback from the offices was very positive-we all love Osmow's! It was fresh, hot when delivered to eat, and delicious. Thank you Vennela and team for keeping this first time ordering simple-especially when they're already super busy with holiday (and they're always slammed at lunch time with high school kids--Vennela got all of my orders on point even through the rush without skipping a beat!) We'll definitely use them again for future catering orders and we'll make sure to let our other offices know to do the same!

I’ve liked the food here but I was compelled to write a review this time. I never do this. A tall man serving me did not wear any gloves. The women were wearing them and this guy had no gloves on handling food directly after touching the cash register. It wasn’t like he was just touching handles either he was brushing his hands across the food. I couldn’t believe how he thought that was okay or normal. Clearly it’s a policy as everyone was wearing them. I guess he just felt it wasn’t worth his time to serve sanitary food. It very much disgusted me. Come on guys. It’s the bare minimum. Get disciplined and keep things clean. You can’t be in business doing that.
