I called the store multiple times regarding the order of my pizza when I receive my pizza today I opened it up picked up a slice of pizza and it was sort of wet soggy pizza. I called the store multiple times and they would just put me on hold I finally got Got a hold of the cashier and I told him that this is not cool please do not put me on hold when a customer is complaining it should be your high priority to resolve that situation and he hanged the phone on my again this is a serious matter and I would like Store manager or the franchise owner to take this very highly. Please see the pictures below, as you can see each slice is completely drenched.

Raj helped us tremendously, got a large pizza! Excited to eat
Bought 2 large pizzas, crust was brown and dry. And garlic bread sticks (2 boxes) overcooked and hard. Called to complain and has to explain every detail and the guy on the phone brought up our complaint from over 4 years ago. Obviously, we thought we would give it a try again, for my son's bday dinner. But, has to go back and get 2 new boxes of breadsticks. Which was fine , but having to go all the way back and explain every little thing makes me not want to order from here again. A simple I'm sorry about that and let us make you a new one no problem would be suffice!

We asked for well done, but it was borderline burnt. Still great quality and tastes great. Tried the boneless wings for the first time, they were very small, almost like popcorn chicken, but were very tasty.

PJ’s always comes through, and this time was no different. I ordered a medium 4-topping pizza for $13.99 with an Alfredo base, extra cheese, 3 cheese blend, spicy Italian sausage, and mushrooms, and it was exactly what I expected. The pizza was cheesy, and perfectly balanced with the right amount of spice and fresh toppings. It’s this kind of consistency that keeps me coming back.

Got Uber delivery. 2 pizzas a couple of weeks back, One was flat pixza chicken with bbq sauce. This was one of the worst I’ve pizzas ever had in my life. Very poor taste. All my friends also got heart burn and indigestion for the next few days. Wouldn’t I have had it for free. The standard pepperoni pizza was was a okay maybe 2/5. You guys gotta do better on your food quality!
