I'm on a mission to find a good place to buy pizza from so that has brought me to "Papas Pizzaland"Will my takeout order deliver on the dream of finding a new place to regularly buy pizza from?I ordered through the service they use for online orders and it was easy. They had a February deal available for a large 3-topping pizza that also came with a salad. Sounds good to me.I also threw in a couple dipping sauces and an order of lattice fries to complete my order.The lattice fries were hot, crispy and tasty.The salad I selected was the greek salad. It came with two small cups of salad dressing and after pouring them onto the salad and thoroughly shaking it was time for salad. Overall enjoyable salad.Dipping sauces were also super weak. Whoever your supplier is you should consider changing.Now onto the pizza. It's not the worst pizza but I wasn't wowed.The flavour of the sauce was overpowering. You could really taste the oregano seasoning. I saw when I ordered online that they did have a "light on the sauce" option so I recommend selecting that if you plan on ordering.The pizza toppings were green pepper, pickled jalapeno and pineapple on one half with sausage on the other. They were generous with each topping which works for people who like a lot of toppings on their pizza.Now the pizza crust was just ok. It was covered in corn meal and for those that are familiar with Domino's it's just like that. Not really my thing.Overall it was fine for a one time thing. The quest to find a great pizza joint continues.

Three stars cuz I feel bad giving 2...Staff are nice, always friendly.That pizza "SAUCE"......gotta be the worst out of all the pizza in Bowmanville. Doughy doughy doughyyyy a** dough. The toppings falling off with every bite also lol. This was my fourth try over the last year, why? I don't know at all, learned my lesson.

I have ordered from here many occasions trying to support local business, but after my previous experience I may have to stop. I placed an order and showed up 5 minutes past expected pick up time which was 20 minutes or so after ordering. When I arrived there were 3 students working and when I told them I was there for pick up, they asked my name and went on to say the order was not completed due to not having cheese.... Never heard of a pizza joint not having cheese, but if that was the case, why not call a customer to inform them the pizza would be later instead of having them show up to nothing. They said if I wanted to come back they would have cheese at some point. I said no and ordered pizza nova from my vehicle as I had young kids waiting for dinner and getting close to bed. As I started to leave I saw a man get out with a box of cheese which was about an hour after my order was placed . Unacceptable and ignorant customer service. Won't return based on this sour experience.

Do yourself a favour and order from here! They are so generous with their portions and their toppings.Personally I love the taco pizza.And since it has been under new management, the service is incredible! Loved our visit. Will be back.

By far the BEST panzarotti you will ever get. They don't cheap out on the toppings and they're massive! Not even ashamed to say I've ordered 2 or 3 a week for like a month now? maybe even more honestly no clue but they are amazing and I'm gonna keep getting them? soon enough I'll have to see if they'll make a party size pizza and fold it into a panzarotti for me?
