I recently visited Pizza Hut in Bowmanville for the first time and decided to try the Big Box deal. I ordered one Veggie Lover’s pizza and one cheese pizza. While the pizzas were great, I noticed a gap in the side options. The current choices, like wings with garlic bread or cheese sticks, cater mostly to non-vegetarians. It would be great if Pizza Hut’s head office considered adding a vegetarian-friendly side option. On a positive note, the store staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to offer alternatives to make things work. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and warm attitude. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service, and it definitely made the visit enjoyable.

Very satisfied with the pizza.No doubt about it. This 2 ⭐ is for the food. But the service, very disappointed 😔.. Went to buy personal pizza on Tuesday to Bowmanville Pizza hut at around 7pm. we were 3 people and expecting 6 pizza as 2 pizza per person is the limit.. one girl in the cash counter told us that they have only 6 pizza left and can give only 4 for us. We agreed.. then someone else came to cash counter and started to take the orders from others n he was giving any number of personal pizza for others.. one lady took 7 personal pizza.. if there was no enough stocks, then they would have asked customers to wait for at least few mins.. we were right in front of the counter and seeing people taking any number of pizza.. We felt the lady who took the order from us was very biased.. it was unfair. We were also buying the pizza paying the same price of what others were paying..Then what was the problem ??? Guys, be fair with everyone ☹️.. Never wanna go again to this location..

No halal Toppings? No spinich, no sundried tomatoes??? Ewwwww. And to top it off, they dont even do any specials. Why would anyone waste their time here. Get hala toppings then ilk take it off

I love PizzaHut, the workers at the Bowmanville location have been very pleasant every time I've gone. Food has always of course been delicious. Only downside about pizzahut is delivery isn't always available and they close at 11 wish they could be open longer but I get it. LOVE THE HUT

Scammed! Charged $6.25 MORE for a pizza than advertised online. No prices listed anywhere in store. Nothing to say order online. Had to ask for itemized bill as only given the debit card copy. Haven’t tried to see if overcharged for the wings as well. I was robbed.

It would appear based on the reviews with one star that someone is stealing portions of the pizza. I ordered pizza from this location Nd the delivery arrived with the wrong pizza. The driver said he would return with the right one. Turns out they didn't have enough drivers and used a door dash driver. He didn't go back to the store at all. Didn't return the other pizza and didn't have them make me new ones. Lol. Scam? Theft?
