Scammed! Charged $6.25 MORE for a pizza than advertised online. No prices listed anywhere in store. Nothing to say order online. Had to ask for itemized bill as only given the debit card copy. Haven’t tried to see if overcharged for the wings as well. I was robbed.

2 times now inhale tried to order from this pizza store and both times I never received my food, they said it was on its way and should be at my place with in 2 mins .. never showed up both times ... Worst place ever.

It would appear based on the reviews with one star that someone is stealing portions of the pizza. I ordered pizza from this location Nd the delivery arrived with the wrong pizza. The driver said he would return with the right one. Turns out they didn't have enough drivers and used a door dash driver. He didn't go back to the store at all. Didn't return the other pizza and didn't have them make me new ones. Lol. Scam? Theft?

I have never been this disappointed with pizza hut but after today I would never order here again. I think this location is a problem. We ordered their hand crafted fajita chicken and yuk it was so wet, their chicken was smelly . Ewww! Never had this experience before but after today it turned us off.

Well was not very good;as a matter of fact if was the worst I’ve ever see.customers waiting an hour and a half for food.And I never even got my order, my girlfriends name went off the screen,so we had to get a refund which we were very un pleased,and many others we’re disappointed as well.And we were giving no explanation why our food wasn’t even ready and no apologies what so ever..In closing your Pizza Hut in bowanville sucks…I’m giving it a lot of thumbs down.Should be ashamed of giving better service to take out orders, I guess customers in store don’t matter..words are very powerful when others dislike the service as well…

Hi there, I was browsing the new Niagara Moneysaver.ca site and noticed your ad. Now, I had put 25kms from me though it would seem you are slightly out of that range. I also want to mention that I printed the coupon and it shows it is a pick up via phone order only, yet no phone number is in the ad. I can order online, but it shows papajohns.ca. Regrettably, a spelling mistake shows Pomo code rather than Promo code. Since this coupon is valid until April 29, I would figure you would want to reach out to moneysaver.ca for review and correction of all of these errors. I will update stars upon your response.
