The food is good quality, and the staff are friendly. The ordering experience was stupid, and unnecessarily complicated. They have some new toppings on a big poster outside the restaurant, my son wanted to try these, but but when I called to order it they said you can only order those ones if you walk in. Well it’s absolutely freezing out. I don’t really wanna spend any more time outside the house than I need to, but he refused to take the order over the phone, so I had to walk in and then wait around for it. Also, their specials and the way that they charge you don’t make any sense, because when you order your pizza, it always ends up having a bunch of extra charges. If they can’t make the process of ordering the pizza simple, then I’m simply not going to go back.
