I was dying to try the salted caramel cheesecake from So She Baked after i saw a post of it on her Instagram page and i finally ordered it two weeks back.
The cheesecake literally melts in your mouth and i loved the texture of the base as well. The salted caramel topping was irresistibly good that I couldn't help myself from licking it from the sides even before i cut the cake.
Would totally recommend So She Baked for the BEST cheesecakes, in and around Tiruvalla.
Tiruvalla is a place where you have limited shops for premium quality cakes and pastries. And that's when i came across "So she baked," My first order was a pack of assorted brownies with the flavours Double chocolate, red velvet, oreo and salted caramel.... Hats down every single bite of all the 4 is so heavenly n the best i have had so far. Double chocolate brownie and biscoff brownie is my favourite... And after that everytime i see that shez making brownies I am in for it....read full review
