Nithya took on a custom birthday cake request on relatively short notice and absolutely knocked it out of the park! The strawberry shortcake was delicious, super cute, and not too sweet. Communication was quick and easy, and the pricing was more than fair considering the super high quality of work. I'll definitely be coming back!

Devilishly delicious cakes and cookies. The cakes are works of art and I sometimes end up debating whether I want to cut my cake or keep it as a showpiece on the shelf. I was dying to try the salted caramel cheesecake from So She Baked after i saw a post of it on her Instagram page and i finally ordered it two weeks back.
The cheesecake literally melts in your mouth and i loved the texture of the base as well. The salted caramel topping was irresistibly good that I couldn't help myself from licking it from the sides even before i cut the cake.

Tiruvalla is a place where you have limited shops for premium quality cakes and pastries. And that's when i came across "So she baked," My first order was a pack of assorted brownies with the flavours Double chocolate, red velvet, oreo and salted caramel.... Hats down every single bite of all the 4 is so heavenly n the best i have had so far. Double chocolate brownie and biscoff brownie is my favourite... And after that everytime i see that shez making brownies I am in for it. I have tried her jar cakes as well as chocolate truffles too. Nothing has disappointed me yet.
And yeah Nithya is soo generous with her customers that she makes it a point to keep atleast 1 small thing extra... I love all that she has ever made, but brownies be my favourite!!
