This Starbucks is by far one of the best ones I have been to! All of the team here are so friendly and genuinely kind.

The team is extremely knowledgeable and happy to help you make a decision based off YOUR flavour preferences. They never miss an opportunity to flash a smile and create conversation. I bring my newborn daughter in with me and they love making her laugh, great her with so much warmth in their demeanour.

The café is very well laid out, I am able to wheel my large stroller through the entirety of the restaurant and in the bathroom with no issues. The music is always fun and never too loud. There is a quiet seating area right when you walk in that is perfect for my daughter to take a nap while I work, or even some quiet studying with friends. The team put a lot of care into making sure the café is always clean, well maintained and comfortable. Some days they pass out free samples so you are able to try something new! I’ve found some new favourites from this amazing feature.

The food is nothing short of delicious as well! At this point I have tried almost all the breakfast items and have not been disappointed! My new favourite (which was recommended to me by the staff) is the Egg Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich. The drinks are also unbelievable! My drink is always made perfectly and any modifications are followed to the letter!

Some definite shoutouts are Brandon, Ethan, Maddy, Marsha, Lillian, Tammy, and Christina. One member of the team that deserves her own accolade is Taylor. You can tell that she truly cares about the restaurant, the team and the efficiency of the 2 operating in tandem flawlessly! These team members go above and beyond and deserve some recognition! Overall, the entire team is built up of amazing people and I am so privileged to have been taken care of here. Great job Starbucks team and keep being as amazing as you already are!!!

I hate to say this but now I realize why Starbucks locations are shutting down...A large part of this has to do with the customer service and atmosphere I believe. I hadn't come to Starbucks for some time because of this but I decided to give them another try. When I went in the SB employee wasn't to friendly. I could tell she was pretending and wasn't hiding her real feelings very well (not too happy to see me for some reason). Anyways, to cheer her up and put of goodwill I gave a $5.00 tip and in return when I was waiting for my items most of the Starbucks employees who saw me didn't say hi, greeting and didn't smile at all. It wasn't that the food / drink wasn't good (it was very good) or they weren't helpful but I wasn't getting positive vibes at all.

I was waiting for my latte and if one of the male employees there (the only person who seemed genuinely friendly) did ask me what I was waiting for and I was very grateful to him otherwise I would have been standing there forever and my drink would have gotten cold. Thankfully it did not (usually they call your name right?).

Kindness, tolerance, humanity, respect, compassion and empathy are characteristics that should define all human beings and they are universal. Let's all treat each other with these characteristics and practice them as much as we can. The world will be a better place with it trust me 🙂.

Stopped by this Starbucks and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient. The store itself was clean and quiet, creating a perfect environment to get work done. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for a relaxed and productive setting.

The women that work at this Starbucks are the most kind and helpful people. A few homeless people came in and the staff is currently going out of their way to give them a hit drink and call them a cab. Faith in humanity is restored. ❤️

Absolutely done with ordering the Caramel Machattio, even with paying for extra caramel you get barely any... this drink is not what it use to be. Overall general inconsistency with drinks has become a real problem with Starbucks recently.

My experience at Starbucks this morning was quite disappointing. My husband and I checked the Starbucks Canada website, where we saw that today was RED CUP Day and reviewed the list of drinks eligible for the red cup promotion. We then ordered two Venti White Hot Chocolates through the mobile app. However, when we arrived at the store to pick up our drinks, we were informed that our drinks did not qualify for the red cups. I tried explaining to the barista that White Hot Chocolate was listed as an eligible drink on the Starbucks Canada website, but the barista claimed that the promotion might be different in Canada versus the U.S. and showed me a “Canada” list that excluded White Hot Chocolate.

Hearing this was very disappointing, as I have participated in and collected Starbucks RED CUP items every year, and this was the first time I encountered such an issue. I even apologized to the barista and offered to pay the difference or change my drink, but the barista said they would give us two red cups this time and suggested that next year I double-check the Canadian promotion. When I got home, I rechecked the Starbucks Canada website, and White Hot Chocolate was indeed on the eligible list.

I hope Starbucks staff can verify official promotion details before incorrectly informing and blaming customers. This would avoid the extra time I had to spend explaining and prevent the awkward and uncomfortable experience I had today.
