lol its like common sense doesn’t exist here. i I would like to reach out to the manager and say I’m completely horrified at the service I received my drink was supposed to be a blended drink and it came out wet. I couldn’t even believe it was mine until I went up to it you guys need to do better seriously.
maybe if you guys spent less time chitchatting, and more time working on the drinks, and this wouldnt have happened

Ordered my coffee at 10.46am and it won't be ready till 12.27pm ! You know it takes 1h 41 mins to make a Cappuccino
And you can't even cancel your on the App.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow, takes 10-15 minutes to even get one iced coffee. Never encountered such as an arrogant, rude, Starbucks employee as I did today. There’s a polite way to speak to customers that doesn’t involve shouting. Will never be returning to this location and will advise anyone of the same.

I asked for cappuccino but meant something like ice cap the girl nicely quit making the cappuccino n made me my ice cap then told me the special name for it. It cost more than I paid but she said oh no problem n handed me my drink. Will I go back again, MOST DEFINITELY.

I’ve had good success at this location before. I was disappointed to find my drink was about 1.5” lower than the rim. I had a mobile order placed and did not have the time to check if the beverage was filled properly. I know it can’t be full to the top, but this is ridiculous for an $8.00 item. I tried to go to the company website to raise my concerns, and their experience section will not let you enter anything unless the time is filled in of your encounter. It will not let me enter any time to place the concern. I can’t say that charging for a premium product and having such a convoluted process to reach anyone with a concern is bush league on the part of the corporation, not the store itself.
