When here a few days ago telling the guy who's working there not to tossed bacon on my bread and the was rude to tell me I don't know what I want and I never order at a subway before It's newly renovated but I think they need to send the workers to learn customer service

Ordered 2 12 inch subs on July 7/24 (a turkey & ham and a cold cut combo) on an Italian herb and cheese bun. The filling was fine though pretty SLOPPILY put together. However, the bun itself was HARD, and tasted really DRY like it was OLD - VERY STALE!! Pretty disappointing as I've ordered from this particular location several times in the past with no issues. We ended up throwing most of it in the garbage as it was a sloppy, dry mess!!!!! Not a very nice way to spend $23.60 :( I will not be coming back to this particular location.

Horrible! Charged me almost $90 for two subs because of their mess up! A month later they still won't give me my money back. When rent is $3000 and a franchise like Subway can't reimburse me for the money I'm owed who do I contact then? Head office? I did that too. Don't go to this subway ever! In these times, do better Subway. You're stealing from a single mom ! EDIT - went back again today and they still wouldn't refund my money! On-top of it they threatened to call the police! For a person who deals with disabilities - Subway should be ashamed to let a franchise owner like this run a Subway franchise! It's been since March 8th and I still don't have my money back! In today's world, who the heck can afford to spend almost $90 on two subs? They even screwed up the order and one of the subs couldn't even be eaten! Give me my money back Subway! Stop stealing from single moms. Y'all got billions I'm asking for money that is rightfully mine so I can buy my kid food. I will never waste my time or money at ANY Subway ever again! PSA for those with disabilities - you'll be discriminated against too!

Had perhaps the most bizarre experience at this Subway today.Came in for lunch and had two subs made. The first, a BLT sub, was put together fine. I had purposely asked for a small amount of mayonnaise but ended up getting more than I had wanted. No biggie.A second attendant was making my wife's sub. There was clearly confusion when it came to adding the sauces because the attendant spread the sweet onion teriyaki sauce all over the sandwich when it wasn't even asked for.Instantly my wife questioned the attendant as to why the sauce that was not requested was put all over the sandwich. The attendant didn't have anything to say and actually walked away into the back room without excusing themselves.At this point I had already paid for the lunch and what I witnessed next almost made me request a refund.The first attendant, who had made my sandwich and cashed me out, gloved up her hands and started to remove the sweet onion teriyaki sauce. You had to see it to believe it!!I guess it was a good thing that the majority of the sauce was on bacon because the attendant removed the bacon and replaced it with brand new bacon leaving only a small amount of the sweet onion teriyaki sauce because how can you possibly remove all of the sauce with your own hands?!It was absolutely absurd and my wife and I were very frustrated but it's honestly not worth it. What would have happened if we raised a stink? Nothing.Poor service Subway.
The amount of times I've come to this Subway to be told they don't accept coupons (which their website and app say they do) I would be a millionaire. It's hit and miss who will let you use a coupon and who won't. The worst customer service I've come across in a long time and I don't think the owner cares. Invest in some training for your employees.

Have always chosen this location over any of the other ones in Bowmanville. Since the new younger guy has started working here I believe a 3 year old could make a better sub that doesn’t fall apart as soon as you un wrap it. He’s also very unfriendly.

Came in this Wednesday in the morning (October 5th), either I had never noticed before because I had a refreshment or it could be the combination of veggies i got with the sweet onion sauce confusing my taste buds because the after taste in my mouth after finishing the sandwich was a bit seafood-esque, a bit disconcerting since it was the morning when everything should be fresh. They are a bit stingy on the onions as well for how expensive the sandwich is, a 6 inch is nearly $10! youre better off going to freshco and buying the ingredient yourself and making a bunch of footlongs for cheaper.
