Just went in for a sub today! I haven’t had subway in awhile so was looking forward to it. I got a footlong turkey sub. As the lady pulled out the turkey, most of it was the clear chewy chunks. She then finished my sub. I went home to eat it and the first bite I had, the bun was stale and the turkey was DISGUSTING and chewy. Paid $19 for a meal and didn’t even eat it. Very very disappointed and will not be returning. Do not recommend this subway to anyone.

The Indian girl working there today morning on Thanksgiving Day seemed so weird and not ready to work so I left. Miserable attitude she had!!

Supposed to close at 10pm. Showed up at 9:30. Friday 05/17/24. The guys sitting behind the counter. Looks at us pull up goes to the back and turn off the open sign. Just moved to bowmanville and will not be back to this location. Went next door to the pita place. Great customer service there and delicious food.

The manager was super rude to his employees, calling them “slow” and was rushing them for no reason. At one point I even looked over to see the manager picking his nose in-front of customers. It’s gross and rude.

Subway food and service as expected, really good and fresh. But EVERY table was dirty! There were two people working. Only one customer came other than ourselves in 20 minutes so not too busy to care. There were droppings and wrappings visible on EVERY table throughout the 20 minutes we were there.

Really cheap on the toppings, barely put any vegetables on the sandwich. This is not the first time I’ve noticed at this franchisee. With the new menu and paying $20 for a sandwich and a drink, they need to make a proper sandwich…

It's hilarious to see people on here complaining about prices. They don't differ location to location you know...Especially when they post a picture of their receipt that has the most expensive sub on the menu, added bacon to another sub, and the most expensive combo possible with both subs, AND they tipped...Lol sorry but your the sucker if you tip for fast food.
