The best Bubble tea and the best service that I've ever experienced. Did you know that Sweet Cravings steeps their tea instead of using powdered mix? They use real cane sugar or honey(based on your preference). Their yummy teas are affordable, the best tasting and in my opinion the healthier bubble tea option available. I have never had a bad experience at this family owned business ever. The staff are always kind. So much so, that when I have friends and family come visit, we make the trip into Bowmanville to treat them to Sweet Cravings.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The menu showed one price for bubble tea, but when I went to pay, they charged me more. When I asked about it, they tried to pass it off as “tax,” which makes no sense—tax is added after the subtotal, not before. This felt dishonest and misleading. Instead of being upfront, they assumed I wouldn’t notice and tried to gaslight me about it. Because of this lack of honesty, I won’t be coming back.

We’re not local and stopped here for Ice cream on our way home. Noticed hours on door were different from Google.. so we waiting around.. waited until 20 minutes after posted opening time and still no sign of opening. Highly disappointing

Menu variety: dessert display with cheesecake and other gourmet treats. Poster advertisement for hotdog meal. Boba drinks. 12 rolled ice cream varieties made in front of you. Exotic* toppings available (Lychee, passionfruit, more) and available in unique forms (Boba, gel, more)
Speed/ pace: do not come in a hurry, this takes a little time and is worth your patience. ⏳
Food: we watched the process and could see the entire process to ensure freshness. The cold counter is -25°C.
Do I recommend this experience or location? I think yes, you should certainly give this a try at least once.

Sweet cravings generously hosted our sons 6th birthday party with about 10 kids. They took care of the cake, pizza, decor, and kids got their choice of Boba tea AND ice creams. I could see how hard the family worked to prepare these custom treats at their boutique quality and i was so impressed with their dedication. The kids had a great time (I came prepared with some table activities). Consider this a great alternative option for your next planned party. Check out their birthday package for yourself. Highly recommended.
