Really bad take-out experience. The app quoted 15 minutes, which turned to 35 at point of order, which turned to an extra 30 at pick-up. Completely disorganized and hectic.

The food was decent, but the service was horrible! They gave me the festive, but no festive stuff with it! RIDICULOUS. I ordered mini donuts, with Oreo sprinkles, but they came plain! And It took 45 minutes just for the donuts. The bill took forever. I should just leave 1 star whatsoever. Other Swiss Chalets are great, but this one sucks.

Absolutely ridiculous! I have been to this location twice now ince they ran out of chicken at 4pm and this time it’s over a hour wait for any chicken. I don’t understand how your a chicken establishment and it’s always an issue

Once went for takeout and had to wait over an hour past the time given to get my food. My family ordered today and they forgot part of the order. Now have to drive back to get it, not a happy customer. My opinion is go somewhere else because they don't get it.
Food good and hot, service was slow. It was kind of interesting to see a booth seat basically tilt and slide off the base. Dangerous that the kid hosting just pushed the bench back to the wall and kept using it.

I have been to Swiss Chalet twice in the past two weeks. I have been so disappointed with the food that I won’t go back. The first time my friend and I had apple pie with ice cream that was on the menu as apple pie with ice cream. The pie had no top crust and very few pieces of apple and a scoop of ice cream covering up the mistake. The second visit I had the festive chicken sandwich with fries and green beans. There was a bun with a heap of stuffing and cranberries and four or five slivers of chicken - nothing like the picture. The green beans were very undercooked and cold. I left most of the meal and told the waitress that it was inedible. I am not willing to give them a third try !!!

Don’t even waste your time. Ordered over an hour ahead for a scheduled pick up, arrived and still waited 20 mins before requesting to speak with a manager. Miraculously my food was then ready within seconds. Refused to pay for it so got my money back and left. This was not the first time I’ve been disappointed by this location. If you have time to wait for hours have at it, but otherwise it’s a waste of time for cold soggy food.
Online order ahead was great. Food was hot and ready when promised.
