***Updated***I received an email and follow up from my original post below from the manager at this location Jeanine. She apologized for the portion size and advised they always try to have a perfect ratio and was very apologetic.She offered me a credit for me to use when I was ready - one month later Jeanine is true to her word and I had a hot, steaming, and much bigger dark quarter chicken waiting for me this Friday night, served by her with a warm smile and genuine gratitude and apology. Thank you for having such amazing customer service.Can't believe my quarter leg is smaller than the bun and the workers proceeded to leave it that way. So disappointed

Our server Page was very kind and was very good at what she did came to the table with pleasant conversation and a very warm smile. She also ended the meal with the hand cleaner with lemon was a wonderful touch miss the days when they used to do that all the time. Would highly recommend our server Page , wonderful service!!Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is excellent I always come here for that as well as the vegetarian quesadilla.

I wanted to have delivery but they couldn't bring up the address...Wilmot Creek Community, 23 Bluffs Rd, Newcastle....So we ordered from ESMario instead.

Very disappointed with our meal we ordered for delivery. Half rack ribs with quarter chicken. The ribs had virtually no meat on them, overcooked and dry. The chicken was under cooked and not edible. This is the worst experience we’ve had with a takeout meal. This is unacceptable for the price of $40 they charge.I would not recommend this restaurant for takeout. At least you could send your meal back if you were dining in.

My husband and I came here for dinner last night. Our server Sam was very friendly and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. I got the extra special festive special meal with the dark meat quarter chicken. It was all very tasty and came with a glass of red or white wine. I chose the red and it was quite nice. My husband got the chicken wrap and the soup which he enjoyed. We will most likely be back!

Well.... I haven't gone in a long time, and I remember why now. Nothing has changed. Food is mediocre at best.Waited forever for our drinks. Appetizers came before drinks. Won't be going back again. That was my last try.
This is not a good place to want to work, they are heavily mismanaged and like to screw their employees over and hire them under false pretence and fire you when they no longer have a use for you with no reason at all. This restaurant is hemeraging money and cannot make sales quotas and most likely will be closed in four years so to anyone wanting a new job don't apply here, even when you tell the management you have a disability they simply don't accommodate as they should do by law they don't and then let you go

Came in for a quick bite with my hubby and was greeted with pleasantries and a smile. Our server Brandie went above and beyond and really made our meal great. Husband and I were just sharing a meal as we had breakfast not to long before but needed to eat before carrying on with our journey. Brandie had our meal separated on two plates so we didn't have to stretch across the table. It's the small things that make the biggest impact. We will be back again!

Fair service, attendant at takeout counter was pleasant but not very helpful. Saw me enter the outlet but did not acknowledge me. Takeout was not busy I was the only one there. I waited about 2 minutes then I saw there was a bell when I rang it she promptly came to my service. She was pleasant and offered to brig my order too my car, but the fact she didn't acknowledge me until I rang the bell was not cool, even though she was pleasant and cute.
Just what you expect. Will go again.
