This is a whole other level of popcorn chicken, and food truck type food in general. Always worth the wait. I miss the tots so badly, though!

I often crave the food here! Their popcorn chicken is delicious and their burgers cheap but oh so yummy!
Staff is always friendly, making the wait a pleasant one.
Their wall art(?) is something I've always enjoyed looking through and adding to! (They sometimes have markers for people to add drawings or to write on). It would be wonderful if beyond take out, they had space for a couple of tables, but with how delicious their food is, those would probably be taken at all times!

Every time we call they’re always sold out of everything. We managed to order one time, I got the chicken and waffles and my partner got a burger. The burger and fries were good but the chicken and waffles was not. Dry chicken and waffles, chicken was overcooked and hard.

I think this is a really very good food store. The takeout will be the talk of the town. I hope to try more of their dishes over the years.
We ordered ahead of time and got these super fries. They had all kids of fixings on them.
The rings we got were very good also. I would say their fries and rings are comparable to Harvey’s. To go from good to great I think those could be improved.
The burger was great. The chicken in their box is a full size breast.
The burger is grilled on a flat top and the crispy burgers excite me.
The Talk sauce is a spicy mayo sorta deal but a unique sauce.
I’ll go again for sure I want to try their fried chicken
Parking: This place is downtown bowmanville. The parking is a little busy and there are no lots that don’t require payment. But you might be lucky as there is a lot across the street you can briefly park in, pickup your order and go.

Have been to Talk of the Town many times. Absolutely incredible food. The portions are large, the taste of everything on the menu is top notch and the value is great.
Expect to wait a while as everything is cooked to order and it’s normally quite busy.
Inside is quite seedy, and no where to really sit and eat so take out is recommended.

We ordered the popcorn chicken with half fries and half onion rings. Note that the popcorn pieces are more like chunks, not complaining though! This must be the right place to go to for quality deep fried chicken, we patiently waited 30 mins for our order to be ready. The fries were good and the onion rings were crispy and breaded perfectly - good batter to onion ratio. Although saucy, each bite of the chicken was still surprisingly crunchy. I'd like to get the waffles next time.
