ERICA (the big boss) — thank you for everything!

The food and beverage quality was amazing & the staff went above and beyond for my family.

For ANY impatient, unnecessary customers — you send them to me.

Keep up the amazing work & KEEP YOUR STICK ON THE ICE

Busiest but one of the best Tims around. Period.

They didn't have any donuts at 6:15am. Not a good look for a donut shop

I've visited here since it was built. It's so disappointing now that every single visit the washroom is disgusting. Just went in 5 minutes ago and it was dirty with soiled paper on the floor. Found out too late there was none in the dispenser so I hope the handful of paper towel from my purse doesn't hurt the toilet. If you can't afford to service the washroom., you can't afford to run the business. You should sell it. I can't remember the last time I found it clean. I'm looking at the washroom and judging the kitchen.

I love seeing businesses busy but not so over crowed that it makes you want to leave and I always get a good vibe from here. Seeing it busy gives me the sense the economy is doing good. And I personally like that. Hope this helps.😉

The store is located at Exit 431, with ample parking, including spaces for customers with disabilities!

The store has an automatic door that opens and closes, and the restrooms are usually very clean.

The store also has disabled-friendly restrooms and baby changing tables in the mornings.

Service is fast, the staff is polite, and the food is always fresh.

The store also has a drive-thru, but it's always very busy.

I've been visiting this Tim Hortons location regularly for the past three years. Until recently, the food quality and service were consistently excellent, and I always looked forward to my visits.

However, over the past few months, there has been a noticeable decline in both areas. The new staff, many of whom appear to be part of a recently hired team, often do not follow order instructions correctly. There have been repeated issues with wrong or mixed-up orders, and unfortunately, I’ve also experienced some rude behavior during interactions.
I believe the management is trying to cut the cost with some low budget hires who lacks basic customer service experience, along with a language barrier where staff doesn't understand the difference between garlic bread and potato wedges l
I have no issue with who is hired, but customer service and proper training should remain a priority.
