ETA Dec 30/25: I have reached out to guest care and they keep sending me back to the owner/management who don’t seem to care.
If I could give a zero star I would. On December 12 at around 10 pm after my work Christmas party we went through this Tim Hortons and ordered a large coffee and large tea. When the employee handed the tea out, the side of the cup fell apart and it poured boiling hot tea on my husband, myself and the centre console of my 2025 Acadia. It now needs to be detailed in order to get the tea out of all the charging ports. I was also burnt on my side of my leg/butt. I have given both management and the owner numerous attempts to make this right but they won’t respond. The management called me once but advised the owner has not responded and she can’t do anything until the owner responds.
The lack of response or care is what is really frustrating. I will never visit this location again.

I lived in Bowmanville since 1998 and I’ve never met a gentleman so rude in my life then tonight at 2:26 AM. I’m not even putting a star for it. I went to the drive-through the guy on the speaker. Yes, can I take your order really and I went to the counter to handle my rewards points and he says it’s too late you already paid. I said you had my drink and I was getting ready to hand you the money and the card and you looked at me like I had two heads I said you don’t have to be so rude and disrespectful and he says I can if I want to This gentleman works at the baseline and Bowmanville Ave., Tim Hortons and it was 2:26 AM in the morning so your staff this is Sabrina. Brilliant and I was a former employee at that location and I was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met in a drive-through and he said because he’s sick well if this gentleman is not sick and you can’t have respect for somebody Put a mask on or take time off of work
SLOWEST TIMS. Owner owns all the TH in town, knows how busy this place is yet only has one cashier to serve customers.

I've been having trouble with my car driving from Toronto and I've been for 2 hours just in a small area that normally takes 45. I pulled over to grab a coffee and was freaking out cuz I couldn't find my wallet. The manager was very pleasant and she gave me my ice cap for free. Definitely make stops at this one again

The worst tim hortons i've ever been too. Slow workers horrible service.
Every morning we see Mckenzie at the drive through, she and the team are great. Always friendly, never complain, even when i order cappuccinos. Im sorry to say i’ve spoken to her daily for a long time but only learned her name today. They are simply my favorite Timmies people. i’d let them walk my dog :)

I was not impressed with how many workers were behind the counter (at least 7) and have to watch one cashier going. Also, I ordered a coffee and a chicken bacon ranch wrap and got my coffee right away but waited over fifteen minutes just for my wrap. I understand sometimes it's busy but people who ordered after me were getting their food before. I watched multiple people get their food and then when I asked about mine, they didn't know about it. I ended up in the restaurant for over twenty minutes and not the first time I've had to watch something like this happen.

I came here this morning for breakfast. The staff needs to smile, the service was quick, but it seems they do. It realize that they are service customers who are humans.
From the person who took the order to the person who handed me the order, it was like “here” when he handed me the bag.
Then there was the guy who was cleaning the sitting area. He was brooming the place with dust rising and came towards where I was sitting, as if not even noticing that I am sitting there, so I got up and moved to another place. The place is clean, but no one seems to care who they are serving-customers. Who not use small quiet handheld vacuum that does not cause dust to stir up in the air. I could see the rising dust in the sunlight in this well-lit area.
Train the staff on customer service and you can be a great location. You get so many customers and it is busy, why not get this star too on your cap
