I only go when Tracy, christina and their sandwich maker (can’t remember her name in sorry) are working and it’s always 10/10. My sandwich is always loaded with bacon and coffee is always made perfectly. You can tell they truly take pride in serving their community. Unfortunately when it isn’t them working the lines usually last longer and my sandwich is not made the same and neither is my coffee. The veterans just do it best??‍♂️

Hands down the worst Tim Hortons location in Durham Region. For the second time in less than a week I’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches for my team and the location is 2 for 2 on screwing it up. If I order bacon breakfast sandwiches how is it that I receive breakfast sandwiches with no bacon? How hard is your job? Take order, order goes on your screen, food prep reads and makes order. Absolutely pathetic.

It’s a good spot if you’re visiting the store but selection is limited and it can be busy. Ordering on the app is a better option but be careful with the foods you order as they may not have it in stock and you’ll end up waiting longer.

Spend 90% of their time taking mobile orders instead of taking orders from being standing in line , super ignorant , took 15 mins to order a single coffee..

This place is by far the BEST tim hortons I have ever been to. They have never, not even once messed up my order and usually other Tim Hortons have off days where the coffee is not great but every single coffee I get served here taste fantastic as it always should be.I will go out of my way to go to THIS Tim Hortons.It's By far the best Tim Hortons in Bowmanville.

This Tim Hortons is brutal, in back to back trips, they have messed my order horrendously. I was using my Tim's reward points to get a free tea, and they said they couldn't do that so I tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't allow me too, and I was forced to pay, and they gave me the wrong flavor of tea. The second time, I was charged full price for hockey cards even though I bought the according number of drinks to cards to receive the dollar promotion and was refused the promotion. They then didn't give me a single pack for a tea I bought because they put the tea on a separate order and said they couldn't honor the promotion because of this, again I said I would like to cancel and they said I couldn't and yet again was forced to pay. The staff needs a replacement, the customer service is horrible, they are always disorganized, there is always a fifteen minute line, and no matter what there is always a problem.

Normally the service is good, the people are nice, but today, I watched the lady count money then took an order then stuck her hands in the bag to open it and didn't even wash her hands first, then grabbed gloves, was touching the outside of the gloves with her hands that she still hadn't washed. Like wash your hands after counting a counter full of change!

For the past month or 2 it has been painfully slow taking my whole 15 min break to get a tea and a donut and the tea is wrong 50% of the time. The staff are nice but the whole thing is way too slow and disorganized.

They have deleted my hubby’s post,……so I’ll try…….this morning my hubby got a tim card from the green rd location and it was dirty and stained was an to be given to my mother-in-law. It was a used card my mother-in-law refused it I don’t blame her but they say they will have the owner of the store call tomorrow. We will see.
