Dont go to this location unless you have over 30 minutes of free time just to wait for your stuff.. waited 19 minutes for a wrap while noticing workers in the back not even working on my order. Then I was asked if I still want my food?!?! What kind of question is that? Ended up asking for a refund as it was a waste of time!
I've been to business restaurants,placed larger orders and had it in 10 min or less.
Lots of people working here but super slow service.. not good at all..

My go-to spot for a quick coffee fix! Tim Hortons never disappoints. The service is always fast and friendly, whether I'm grabbing a coffee to-go or hanging out for a bit. The drive-thru service is also efficient and convenient. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends or just grab a caffeine boost to start the day

Service here was very below par. I watched myself and multiple customers wait for orders as more than half the staff worked at the drive through.
As someone who has spent years working in retail as well as the food industry, this was not acceptable.
Customers were not greeted or informed there would be a wait for orders. I waited long enough that I contemplated leaving.

Tim Hortons needs to do a better job training staff to handle large volumes of customers. If this isn't possible, lower amount of product you have available to keep wait times short.
Get rid of the fast food. Everyone knows its horrible. Especially with a McDonald's or a Little ceasars around every corner. If you want soups or salads just go to a real restaurant.

Only offer self serve kiosk inside, what a joke. Staff will literally ignore you, and the inside is empty because of it.......although I'm sure that's the point.

Employees can't get orders correct.
Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant in the drive thru, and when I arrived at my destination, I find that I was charged extra for it being a Farmers Breakfast sandwich. And the person it was for ended up tossing over half of it out, because they don't like the chipotle mayo. Waste of time and money going to this location. Every time I've been to this location, I'm either waiting 15+min for a single cup of coffee, or they've run out of what I'm trying to order, or they get the order wrong.

As the comments show, this location isn’t up to par in Durham/Clarington. Most of our experience is via their drive-thru, which was set up to have 2 lanes… a design choice that conveys efficiency, but doesn’t deliver in practice. I’ve waited as long as 20+ minutes or more with maybe 10 cars in the line. This is exacerbated by the fact that they don’t ask people to park and wait for larger orders so once you’re in line, you’re stuck.

I’ve seen people losing it in the line because they had some place to be (like work).

There is really no excuse for this service at this point - the comments go back over a year so they’ve had time to address it. The issue is clear so action should be taken by management to solve.

I don’t recommend going through the DT unless you’re ready to wait or it’s very early or very late. I recommend doing a mobile order and then walking in.

When I was in the store I seen an older white male baker drop a whole tray of croissants on the floor, than preceded to pick them up and put on the display tray, health and public safety should be contacted this is unacceptable and do not meet cleanliness standards.

Tried to order a ham and cheddar sandwich at 8:30 pm, but they said their deli counter is closed? Seems really, really early to stop serving food… I also wish that they posted those hours somewhere conspicuously so that most folks would know
