Friendly staff, and as always, you can count on Tim Hortons for great coffee, tea, and snacks.
When I was in the store I seen an older white male baker drop a whole tray of croissants on the floor, than preceded to pick them up and put on the display tray, health and public safety should be contacted this is unacceptable and do not meet cleanliness standards.
Tried to order a ham and cheddar sandwich at 8:30 pm, but they said their deli counter is closed? Seems really, really early to stop serving food… I also wish that they posted those hours somewhere conspicuously so that most folks would know

I was just in this Tim Hortons’s about 20 minutes ago. I wondered why the doors were propped open when I go there, but now I know why. My clothes stink of cigarette smoke. Someone (owner? Staff)) has been smoking in that place and it’s disgusting. I won’t be back.

Could definitely use some organization and more training. Drive thru is crazy slow no matter the time. Going in usually isn't any faster & 90% of the time my order isn't right.
This is one of the newer locations, and it's nicely done. Clean and bright and friendly staff. Was quite entertaining to us to watch the longer and larger vehicles trying to make the corner in the drive thru. It's a tight one and not very well thought out! Otherwise excellent location!

Worse service ever, rude employees, abusive language. Got stuck on the drive through for 20 minutes, worried sick that I'd be late for work, as my lunch break is only 40 minutes. When I finally got to the window, and expressed my concerns to the employee, he told me that it wasn't his problem and next time "I should leave work earlier"!!!!!! When asked what his name was, he told me he was not supposed to give it to me, even though I saw it on his badge. He also refused to provide me with the manager's name/contact information and the store number. I tried to reach out to the franchise owner to discuss this incident, but no one bothered to call me back.
AVOID this location as I am doing now.
I just want management to acknowledge their staff. Quite often when I go through the drive thru, I have the most pleasant lady. She's friendly while taking my order, and at the window just as pleasant. Tonight I asked what her name was, it's Cathy(maybe with a K). Although most are OK, Cathy is exceptional. When I mentioned she was the most pleasant of all the staff, she said she wished those things were passed along. Management needs to acknowledge and recognize those keeping your location running smoothly. Most of the younger staff need to learn some people skills.

Worst tim hortons experience ever. 29 min wait I have never in my life seen anything like it. And the design of drive thru is the worst no getting out at all.
