Typical food delivery issues, doesn’t follow basic request. Having worked fast food for 5+ years it’s harder to ignore requests and make the food wrong than it is to look at the screen and make it.

This store has certainly gone down hill for several years we have been frequenting this establishment. In the past two months the service has been deplorable. Drive through and get home and only have half the order this has happened three times in the past month just drive through and the didn’t take the order correctly. Charging more at second window The steady decline of this Wendy’s is saddening

Whoever made my order last night is definitely a perfectionist. The triple cheeseburger was put together perfectly. Napkins folded neatly in bag. No fries all over the place. And the bag folded with perfect edges. I was very impressed.

Very Disappointing Service
I had an extremely unpleasant experience here. The service was poor, especially from an older woman working at the counter. When my order was ready, she threw it toward me so carelessly that it almost fell to the floor—I barely managed to catch it in time. I asked her why she did that, and instead of responding, she simply turned away without saying a word. I’ve never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior before, and I was genuinely shocked. I won’t be returning.

Be more careful when you’re making your salads. Got a piece of plastic in my salad. It made it to my mouth.

Me and my sister ordered online, got there, saw our food on the counter and no one there to give it to us. So we decided to take mind you, OUR FOOD, and the lady working the cash yelled at us screaming “ no, we have to give it to you “. Listen I understand the policies but this lady screamed so loudly even people on the Tim’s side of the building turned to look. The disrespect, and embarrassment. We don’t need an old lady who needs to be retired yelling at us, lady we’re not the ones working at Wendy’s.
