I stopped by 241 Pizza on July 4, 2025. Typically the food is decent from this franchise.
I’m only giving one star because of a hygiene concern. The person working at the counter accepted my cash payment and gave me change, but didn’t wash their hands afterward before going straight back to handling food. That’s a basic food safety issue that really shouldn’t be overlooked, especially in a food service setting.
I hope management can address this because a little more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience.

We ordered based on reviews that were not accurate. Premade crust, not from pizza dough ruined the pizza. Toppings were fine but the crust ruined the pizza.

Great food (Opinion) but small unkept tile floor and client testimonials since a buying when they opened and when i went their from highschool. It hasnt really changed too much other their was a two table chair/arm chair thing.. they eventually got rid of it. Their was a dark past also to this store as they dealt drugs called (Ordering a "Heavy Pizza")
I’m not the one who leave negative reviews but after working 12 hours shift placed an pickup order at 8:50pm 9:18pm arrived at store just to hear that they didn’t get the order but after few seconds she came back with my order recipt saying can you wait 15 minutes no explanation no apologies or anything.

The crust was really wierd. It was like a sort of super wheaty crustyness but we didnt order that. Every business is cheaping out on ingredients and quality while increasing price.
