Stopped for breakfast on the go this morning and this is my coffee. How you fill a quarter of the cup with grinds is beyond me. Thankfully I had some water in the truck to wash out the grinds. Food was great. Coffee not so much.

This place has a nice atmosphere, but they often get the orders wrong. This is the second time I've ordered an Uncle Burger without onions. The first time, they gave me just the meat and the bun, and this time, I was in a rush and didn’t check my order. When I got home, I found that my orange juice taste like water and my burger was missing Pickles, Tomato slices Ketchup, Chubby mayo and the Uncle Sauce.

Upon entering I immediately feel at home surrounded by delectable cuisine and a warm cup of coffee all made possible by the establishment's lovely staff I would highly recommend that everyone else experience this venue for themselves

I had such a great experience at the A&W in Bracebridge! I just have to give a huge shoutout to Cheryl at the drive-thru window — her positive energy was honestly contagious. She was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and so patient. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your whole day in a quick interaction, but she absolutely did.
Thank you, Cheryl, for the amazing service! You really deserve the recognition. I’ll definitely be back!

I was asked to move away from the window with nobody behind me. When I asked why I was told that it's because the staff is timed with a scale at the window. So when I asked if it was a way to cheat their rating system, I was rudely told that I could sit here all day if I wanted. Not the kind of staff and customer interaction that I would assume you would want Cheryl C to be displaying. Onion rings are burnt and chewy, likely reheated from being cooked for a previous order. Burger is dry and one piece of bacon on a teen burger. If this is how the meal supposed to come it's quite disappointing.Won't be back.
