I never leave a bad review but couldn't avoid letting A&W know that my experience at the Bracebridge location was absolutely horrible, cold Cubby burger that was on a diet, certainly far from being Chubby and to mention the franchise does not supply ice for the room temperature drink, horrible horrible. Also was not busy and all tables were dirty.

Well i see there are some bad reviews of this site, all to my surprise, as i had such a great experiance here on saturday Dec 7th. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly, and the place was the cleanest A&W I think I have ever seen. I even gave a couple of the staff a compliment on the way out. Ill be back.
I go here every morning for coffee, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and great service. The food is very consistent and tasty, and they always have cool fundraisers going for local charities.

I was there on a Saturday evening around 6pm. I was the only customer. There were 3 employees out front and everyone was very friendly. What shocked me was the amount of garbage on floor. A quick broom would have cleaned, but no one was doing anything about AND i was the only customer, so they were not busy.
