Actually, my only comment is I phoned the restaurant and it just kept saying this number cannot be completed as dialed. I even tried it on someone else’s phone. There seems to be no actual way to get a hold of the restaurant.

We almost didnt make it to this place for our date night tonight due to a negative review I just read today. Im SO glad my husband insisted to still try it based on the pictures and other reviews and we LOVED it and we will come back for sure. Highly recommended. Staff was quick on welcoming us, very friendly,helpful and the food it was delicious. We ordered a few items to share and they were all fresh and flavorful!

Honestly, not the best experience. I made a reservation for 55 people for a tour group. I dealt with Kennedy mostly, and we agreed on a set menu of shareable apps and pizzas for the entire group, since they would be pre-paying for their entire trip which included this lunch. I've never been to the restaurant before so I depended on Kennedy for suggestions and ideas. She recommended the pizzas as they are shareable size. When the group arrived, it was disappointing to hear that a few people did not have seats, and were instead seated off to the side (which would have been fine) but no food was served to them. 2nd of all, the portion sizes were extremely small. The pizzas were not shareable at all. Every single person left the restaurant hungry. On top of that, the reviews I received from all of them, aside from not having enough food, was the pizza tasting horrible. Completely dry, no sauce, and the toppings were awful. They all felt like they ate dough. I emailed Kennedy after hearing all the negative feedback, but sadly no response back, no care at all. Hence why I decided to share my reviews here. You could imagine how much money we spent for 55 people, so it was extremely disappointing to hear such negative feedback. Especially since I kept asking her if what we've order was enough, and if that was the best route to take for a large group. Of course we will never again take our tour group to this restaurant again.

Poor customer service. We had to be elsewhere in an hour. We were promised that food would be ready in 20 minutes, they took 45 minutes to deliver the food to the table. We asked multiple times and it was just useless. We had to miss the other appointment. Restaurant was empty when we arrived and ordered. We were told that the chef was difficult to work with.

It is a very nice place with great ambiance but some serious flaws with food and service. It took 75 mins to get our 2 appetizers. The bruschetta looked liked it had been sittings around for a while. It tasted awful and looked as bad. Some pieces of the bread didn’t have any toppings on it at all. The pasta dish took another 30 mins. It was barely warm and very dry from not enough sauce. The waiter took about 20-30 mins to come to our table to take our order and his attentiveness to our table and food was non existent. Didn’t ask how everything was, and we had to ask every time for more water.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. Had hi hopes as it’s a nice spot with beautiful patio and atmosphere and menu looked really good. But the positive stopped there. We waited 1.5 hours for our appetizers(came out cold) it took so long for our meal to come we we started standing at our Table from the uncomfortable high top chairs(normal). All the food was cold, steak tasted reheated, muscles were Luke warm and not in wine sauce but a salty milky substance, penne was not fresh. We had to keep chasing the waiter for drinks over the 2.5 hour visit. Certainly missed the mark on the food and service expectation. I’m sure we just got a bad night as it is a nice place, but the way everything transpired was disappointing.

Was there last night with my family, and we got the Thurs take out special with a carnivore pizza, spaghetti, Caesar salad, and garlic bread! We were super hungry so we might be biased but it was delicious. My child can be picky and they ate almost the whole pasta on their own. The staff were very nice while we waited for the food and there was a lady singing and playing guitar very nicely!

We stayed at the inn and the view and atmosphere are spectacular. Our server was not friendly and seemed annoyed if we asked for anything. Did not check on us often. The food most of our party received was decent but one of the pizzas had dried up chicken would not recommend the chicken Alfredo pizza. Sadly it was a let down after we received numerous “you have to eat here” reviews from friends and family.

My wife and I go out to dinner often, and this was easily the worst experience we have had. Ordered a 2nd drink which took 20 minutes to get. Our food took 60 minutes to arrive. My meal (Porchetta) was so dry, I had to take a drink to swallow it. My potatoes were ice cold. My wife's food came out totally wrong after an hour. Easily the worst experience ever. The Inn at The Falls is affiliated with this place (same owner). The restaurant was so bad I would never go to either again.
Last night at Basilico i was very disappointed with my dinner. Bruchetta on burnt bread hardly any tomatoes. Then comes a ceaser salad with the dryest chicken ever. Ive eaten here before and enjoyed our lunch thus the reason for going back while on holiday. So very disappointed.

Here on July 1st. Party of 8. Put us in a barren dining room they were obviously not using. Wait staff were stressed, anxious. Service was hectic and erratic. Water run in and all but slapped on the table. No cutlery. Plates we found ourselves. Food okay, ordinary. Husband got a sour and odd tiramisu and was ill right after. Phoned the restaurant but only received a sorry to hear that. Too bad, was our first time but also our last.
