Just finished my lunch, I was completely satisfied. Almost no waiting served my drinks promptly, very helpful Bartender. My meal was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back with my family. They are surveing quesadillas now and they are amazing.

Food was good. Order from the kitchen was kind of wrong. Waitress was very nice. Also ordered cheesecake for dessert to go. There was no topping on it. I called the restaurant, the boy answered 'Hello' I said 'Hello, is this Boston Pizza?' He replied 'Yes'. (You might want to answer your phones with your Restaurant name) He put me on hold, came back and said 'There isn't a Manager avaliable so I'll have to take your Name and Number. Told him nevermind. I will not be going back.
Someone reached out to me from Boston Pizza and when I asked them to call me, I heard nothing more. I'm NOT surprised

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this establishment. The staff were not only unprofessional but also rude and noticeably frustrated. Their attitude made the entire visit unpleasant and left a lasting negative impression. I would advise management to consider additional training in customer service to improve interactions and create a more welcoming environment for future guests.

Servers don’t know how to treat people from different races equally, went to the restaurant with my family, ordered peach mango quencher and was served sparkling water. When I brought it up, she told me to stir it. I told her we did and it still tastes like sparkling water, she left with an okay”. Came back with the drinks when we got up to leave. The whole time she was going to other tables and was checking on the but not ours. This is not the first time I have been to Boston Pizza.

Had the spaghetti with meatballs the pasta was not fully cooked chicken pecan salad was missing the mozzarella cheese, and the container was not as full as it should be garlic toast was burned
