To say I was disappointed with BP in Bracebridge is an understatement. First of all, there was no host/hostess to seat us. We stood around and waited until a bus person was walking by and asked if he could help us. Once seated in the bar section, it took forever to get our drinks. As for the food same thing. We had to stop a server to place our order. Our original server did not return to our table until I flagged her down. We had ordered additional food that took forever for us to get. We requested our bill so we could leave and then they brought out our food. The service was absolutely horrible. Not what I am used to or willing to pay for. I think next time I will choose to spend my time and money elsewhere. Somewhere I am valued and appreciated.

Came here the other day for dinner with my mom. Food and vibe was typical Boston Pizza but our server, Stephen, was so incredible. Fast, attentive, fun, he totally made our night.

Had lunch at Boston pizza today, a busy Saturday afternoon. There was only one server working the entire restaurant. The service was amazing, considering she was working every single table. Not sure of her name (had red hair with tinsel) but she deserves a raise for how hard she worked to make sure we, and the rest of the restaurant was taken care of. I felt horrible for this woman having to work by herself. There is no excuse for this! Seems to me the new owners are greedy and don’t want to pay two servers. The food was sub par. The quality and portion size has decreased since the new ownership. Shame on the management. They need to treat their employees better! Won’t be returning to support a business that treats their own poorly.

Food was amazing three kids meals and three adult meals and all amazing, the service was the best I ever had Mya was the best sever I’ve ever she deserves a raise and a promotion. The atmosphere was great music was amazing and it wasn’t loud at all.

We had such an amazing experience at Boston Pizza thanks to Taya! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun.

Taya was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and everything came out perfectly. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers.

If you’re going to Boston Pizza, definitely ask for Taya !!! she deserves all the shifts!

We had a nice visit here. The food was pretty typical, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Kelsey was absolutely outstanding — so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She’s the kind of small-town friendly face that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Service like that makes all the difference.

I promised myself I’d Nvr go back, I did for my daughter’s birthday, and I regret it! Last time I was there the food was terrible and was told I would get two meals for free, got the bill and I didn’t recieve it , but was told I would receive it the next time I come. At the time I had no chance of returning but for my daughter I did this time, food was better but when it came time to pay the bill as I was told again I would receive my two meals free before the meal. I had the manager SID argue with me how I figured I deserve my meal for free, again explaining the situation clearly he argued with me in front of my party/family and after others spoke up he sent the waitress to tell me I would get it finally! The waitress was amazing again, same as last time but the management really needs to be removed from this business! I WILL NVR RETURN HERE, it sucks since the new owners took over, BP really needs to do something about this!!!

Kelsey was incredible — warm, friendly, attentive, and truly on the ball all night. She went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcome. A great, hardworking server makes all the difference in a dining experience, and she absolutely did her part.

Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing, which was surprising given past visits. The quality and execution didn’t seem to match what this restaurant has been known for, and it left us wondering if there has been a change in ownership or management recently.

That said, Kelsey handled everything with professionalism and kindness, and she deserves recognition for providing excellent service despite the food falling short. I would give the restaurant another chance just because Kelsey was so kind and lovely

We took our grandkids for lunch before a movie. We had a good time.
The waitress did a great job of service recovery. My coleslaw was lacking Amy crunch. She took it back and waited while the cook made me a fresh one. Thanks.
