We took our grandkids for lunch before a movie. We had a good time. The waitress did a great job of service recovery. My coleslaw was lacking Amy crunch. She took it back and waited while the cook made me a fresh one. Thanks.

We've been to this location before and been pleased but tonight was exceptionally bad. Food was slow to come out, servers seemed flustered, cutlery rolls were no where to be seen, the music playlist was better fit for a nightclub than family dinner and orders came out either lacklustre or wrong. We had a pizza that tasted like it came frozen from Walmart. Three other tables near us seemed to have issues with their food as well. All and all it seemed like the usual standards and quality of Boston Pizza were forgotten about and was a very disappointing night.
Boston Pizza in Bracebridge is decent, but nothing beyond the usual. The food quality is about what you’d expect, and they do switch the menu up from time to time. Service has improved lately, which makes a difference.
The atmosphere can be hit or miss. Some days it feels like they’re rushing you through, other days it’s more laid back. I was disappointed that Rolling Rock is no longer on tap, though it’s still available in a bottle. Do like watching a hockey game here. The standout, though, is Zack behind the bar, an amazing human being who makes the experience far better. Without him, it would feel much more average.

I’m a tourist from Mexico and while visiting the town, of course I had to stop at my favorite place in the world! I ordered what I always get back home and Ashley was awesome—super kind and even practicing her Spanish! She made my visit so much fun. Honestly, I had the best time ever! ☺️🙏 Way to go Ashley 🎉

I have a severe physical disability and partial mental specialities so grandson is helping me write this.
Grandson had pizza with sour cream on it and I had soup and tea but needed to go to the bathroom (emergency) but didn’t want to upset Steven so I waited. I had accident and was embarrassed but our server Ashley was kind and showed were washroom was to clean up.
It was busy but she was kind and offered to call for ambulance if I wasn’t able to clean up with Steven. It was busy but she was nice and my grandson (Steven) enjoyed his pizza.
I didn’t finish my soup but it was still good. Can’t wait to go again and see the friendly staff.

On August 5, 2025, I attended Boston Pizza for my mother’s birthday dinner at approximately 6:30 p.m. We had 11 people with us for our family dinner. We had our drink orders taken by the waitress and she neglected to ask my sister if she would like a drink as she was sitting between all the children.
We all patiently waited for the waitress to bring us menus which after 25 minutes never happened, my wife went to the hostess area and grabbed menus for all of us. All of us had our food orders taken about 35 minutes after arriving. Within about an hour 4 other tables had come in and received their food and left while we were waiting patiently for our food.
To say the least we were not impressed and I would not recommend taking a large party to Boston Pizza as we arrived at 6:30 p.m. and didn’t leave until nearly 9 p.m. The manager had come over and apologized to us but we received no compensation. They’re currently under new management and hopefully they’re able to get themselves sorted out.
Disappointed and dissatisfied.
