I had the salmon poke bowl which was delicious. Aarzoo was super nice and accommodated my picky modifications. The seating area was very clean as well.

Ordered a falafel bowl for takeout. When I got home I noticed there was no falafel; it was just salad, grains and dressing. Called the store who apologized but said nothing else. No offer to make things right. Emailed customer service who offered me VIP points if I download the Freshii app. No plans to return to this Freshii or any other location in the foreseeable future. Very poor customer service would be an overstatement.
Use to often eat at the location in the UBS building (Toronto); prefer the view after picking up this Thai bowl (with rice and tofu added) - tastes as good as it looks !!

March 29th 2024We purchased 3 different salads for over 50 dollars and were very disappointed.One salad looked like soup with the amount of dressing they put on, and had the wrong dressing. One salad had only a couple small pieces of chicken. Finally, the amount of food between all three would have almost made one proper serving.We have been here in the past with good results but there was been a serious lack of quality this time.

Obviously communication isn't a stronghold feature of this restaurant. The rice was way undercooked and the staff were quite slow for not being busy. The young man working there messed up our order by putting in the wrong ingredients. Plus my Mango smoothies was tasteless. So disappointed were we that we dumped both bowls in the trash bin. No one answers the phone there after numerous calls. I guess they don't want to deal with their incompetence. Sad cause this is ONLY Freshi in Muskoka. Just drive to Orillia as they seem to know what they are doing there...
