We stop by with the kids after visiting Santa's village. It is a cozy bar, in a hard to find spot but the food was amazing and the owner was super nice... We had a great time. We live in Oakville but will definitely go back when in that area.

Kid-friendliness: They were welcomed very much
This place is a hidden gem! Not easy to find, not at all where you think a pub would be found. You walk through the door and it's a definite step back in time. The Bartenders/servers are super friendly. It's not a huge place, but it works. The atmosphere it light and welcoming. Their menu is small but, delicious. My partner and I both had the turkey club and we shared a deconstructed ceasar salad. The food was prepared with care and pride. Everything fresh and homemade....
Don't be scared from walking down a little back road and miss this place. We had a really nice brunch, and there was a man playing guitar at the same time. We got a Frittatta and Chia Puddin, and both really good! I believe the frittata $21 and chia was $18. I'll recommend this to my friends for sure.
