Food was good. Found the workers rude and could not understand them and when I said pardon they didn't seem impressed

The staff are efficient, polite, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. The restaurant is clean, organized, and you never feel rushed even during busy times.

I recently visited Harvey’s and had a great experience. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What I love most about Harvey’s is the ability to customize my burger exactly how I want it — from the fresh toppings to the perfectly grilled patty. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The fries were crispy and hot, and the onion rings were also a great side option. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed, casual vibe, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal.

Overall, Harvey’s continues to be a solid choice when I’m craving a good-quality, made-to-order burger. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fast food that doesn’t taste like typical fast food.

The washroom was filthy and and the hamburger did not taste like a real Harvey's burger. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted. How can someone operate a fast food establishment and allow such an unhygienic environment? Changing the recipe makes me not even want to eat at Harvey's anymore.

Alright there is an issue when you purchase both Swiss chalet and a Harvey's meal for curbside pickup. The curbside doesn't work for Harveys. You have to go in to pick it up. But Swiss chalet gets dropped off on curbside.. I might be wrong still the staff is great. Food is hot and the place is clean.

When your order is right, it's great. It's just often not right.

Every employee especially the manager who took our order was very rude and short with us.. Made us as LOCALS never want to return to this location. The pop is out of syrup and tasted like soda water and let get into the sanatation side of things... The same spoon for the meet, relish pickles and Onions? Gross...

Used to love Harvey's befor I moved to Bracebridge.... Will never go again.

The food and services was good. They were quick and clean. Definitely one of the better locations.

Order taker here was miserable with customers ahead of me and with me.

Pop machine dispensing warm pop.

Ice machine was not working at all.

When I brought this to this same person taking orders, he told me if I wanted cold pop, I would have to pay extra for a bottle from the fridge with my combo. Which he did charge me extra for.

Myself and other customers noticed the workers placing filthy resturant food trays with wrapped burgers under the heat lamps with the trays touching the unwrapped burgers under the heat lamps. This is disgusting!

The resturant itself appeared dirty with french fries on the floor in front of the food station as well as the resturant floor.

Our table was sticky to the point that our napkins were sticking to the table.

In my experience, Harveys resturants are usually pretty clean and pleasurable to visit. This location was the opposite.

I am very disappointed with this location.

On a positive note, the young lady dressing the burgers at the counter was very polite and friendly. She herself deserves 5 stars.

One of the worst Harvey’s in Ontario. Ordered 4 burgers with sides came to $70.

The food was nasty, the drinks were warm they said there is no ice.
Opened the bags and it was missing 3 fries.

We literally throw the food in the garbage

Harvey would be rolling over in his grave if he was to see the pile of precooked burgers that you heat up as the orders come in and the 1/4 piece of bacon on the Bacon/Cheeseburger. Harvey always took the time to cook every burger fresh as you waited. Yes there was a Harvey and I remember the original Harvey's Restaurant in Richmond Hill on Yonge St at Observatory Lane.

Came to location, where they ignored me the whole 10 minutes I was standing there. I then had to send my husband in who they served quickly. Get the food and it's awful. The bun is not fresh and hard, the tomato's and pickles are cut way to large. The fries are also lacking. The food and for sure the service is awful. By far the worst Harvey's I have ever been too. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
