Arrived with two kids under two in tow. Online, and the Harvey’s certified app confirmed this location is open at 10:30 am. No signage on the door to indicate otherwise. We arrived at 10:43am and were able to walk right in. We were told after unloading the kids and sitting down, that they don’t open for another 15 minutes. I said okay, but please start our order if you can. We were denied. I asked why there were no hours on the door and doors unlocked if you’re not open? Apparently they opened it because of the construction…no where near by.

After trying to wait with our two hungry kids we packed up to leave. Another employee tried to stop us saying they’re opening in 10 more minutes. I said our kids are hungry and we’re going to McDonald’s. Tried to tell me again that they changed their hours.

We walked out. We were eating at McDonald’s by 11:03. Sadly Harvey’s is our favourite place to stop when we’re in Bracebridge.

Very kind staff working here. They took our order at the table because I was on crutches. Were very patient and helpful. Delicious food too!

Picked up an online order -- Drive thru worker Arti, I believe, was fantastic! Food was ready and hot when i got there, highly recommend and friendly service yops it all off 🙌

This place is very slow but I like the food so will usually order ahead online for pick up. This time I decided to try the Buffalo chicken wrap because heard good things and unfortunately the wrap had so much Buffalo sauce in it, it was pretty much inedible. Doesn’t seem like the staff here care very much.

The employee who took our order and put the toppings on our burgers was rude and short with us. My husband and I each got the original combo, one with cheese and the other with cheese and bacon. They put the bacon under the patty so you can’t see it and we ended up getting the toppings mixed up and she said “I told you the bacon was on the first one” we ate them as prepared anyways!! The flavour of the patty was definitely not the usual charbroiled taste nor was it hot, the cheese wasn’t melted and bun cold out of the bag. The pop machine must have been low in syrup as the drinks tasted like bubbly chlorine. Harvey’s has been my favourite “go to” burger place for years but will have to rethink before I go back to Bracebridge location again!

Complicated family order that they delivered with smiles and lots of help and always delicious. Rahul was a huge help.
