What a beautiful Inn! We have enjoyed our time here! Our room was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views! Breakfast was good and coffee was hot! Staff were friendly and helpful! Awesome location…just steps from the Main Street. We will definitely stay here again!

What a lovely hotel. Check-in was fast and easy. The gentleman who checked us in was very knowledgeable about the aera. And told us some history of the Inn. We stayed in room 119. Clean room with a wrap around porch.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy touch that made me feel right at home. The hotel has the prettiest view to watch sunset and sunrise.
Breakfast was a delight, with a wide range of delicious options that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel’s location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. A big thank you to the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I will definitely be coming back.

We were really looking forward to our vacation and wanted to fall in love with this historic hotel. Unfortunately it was not a great experience.
The view from the window and balcony was lovely - overlooking the rest of the property and the river. We also enjoyed the onsite Italian restaurant, Basilico.

Our room was very outdated in terms of appliances such as the microwave and hair dryer from early 90s. However the worst was the very old radiator heating with a thermostat that could not be shut off (probably from the original build in the 80s?).

On our second night we found that the heat was blowing full blast without a way to shut it off. Radiators were burning hot to the touch and anything else that close to them. We were asked by management to counter act the heat with the AC, which suggests that this was not the first time this happened and we were knowingly given this faulty room. The rest of the sleepless night was spent opening doors and windows and playing around with the AC.

Early on Sunday morning there was a fire alarm which could not be heard inside the room. Only one of us woke up to what sounded like a faint ringer - it was one of those old bells like they had at school. It kept ringing for 25-30 minutes without any announcements or communication from hotel management. Outside of the hotel there was a lot of confusion, with some guests fully dressed and out of their rooms, others poking out in pyjamas, while many took the opportunity to get coffee and breakfast in the main dining room. At this point we wanted to pack and leave our sauna room as soon as possible. Only $300/night for this exhilarating experience!

The fact that there is no fire alarm sounding inside the room is very worrying and we will be contacting the local fire inspection authority to check whether this hotel is up to fire code.

Great service. Spectacular view!
The room felt a little bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the quiet little balcony overlooking the water.
The adjoining restaurant was excellent!

All is well until 7.30 in the morning... there is convenient parking, the rooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. There is also a coffee machine in the room.. the view from the hotel is wonderful and there are also some games in the outdoor area.. the problem was precisely in the morning, when the fire alarm went off at 7.30.. there was no one in the structure, the reception opens at 9, but there is a number to call which no one answered... after half an hour the firefighters arrived first and then the owner who turned off the alarm... other guests told us it wasn't the first time, and others told us that they had tried to contact the number the night before, for other problems but had no response..

The Inn at the Falls is great. We didn't stay in the haunted older building, but the Mews was perfect. Very clean and beautiful view. (Get room 119 as it has a huge balcony and the best view) They even supplied a wireless phone charger. The food in the attached restaurants is very good.
