First time ordered a large meal with a large gravy, paid online. Arrived to pick it up and was told they have no gravy.. this was early in the evening. Second time, no tomato, I know simple.. but DON'T have it available OR charge people for things you don't have! This place in Bracebridge is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Pulled up at 6:30 on a Tuesday looking to order a twister combo. The lady in the drive through said they had no tenders and would take 20-30 minutes because the cook was on break…

If your going to take advantage of the TFW program doesn’t it make sense to train them so they can make sales? 🤯

We orders the snacker wrap and it came cold and with an ant size chicken inside.
We then ordered a zinger wrap and they didn't even wrap it, or toast it, and 50% of the wrap was plain, chewy tortilla.
The staff were also a bit unreasonable.

Okay this is the 3rd time to this location in a month and every time they don’t have chicken ready. They keep saying it will be 20 minutes. So I drive away not getting anything. So not happy with this location.

horrible wait times, poor service and attitude. Last 2 visits forgot honey mustard dip BOTH times. you have to pay for these dips. ask for hot sauce and ketchup for a two person meal and get one packet of each… ???? fries are always stale. always something wrong every visit…

Food was good, restaurant was clean. Went to get a fountain drink and all of the drink options were water. Asked for the manager and she was saying it isn't water it's pop. Pepsi was clear, orange crush was coming out clear. She tried to say it's not water yet it was and didn't taste like Pepsi or orange crush. Didn't offer to refund for the drinks or offer a bottled drink instead.

I ordered a 10 piece bucket. The pieces appeared over done, they were quite dark. So very salty compared to what I've had in the past, and all squished together.

Watched 3 other people come back to the front counter to complain about their order being wrong just while I was waiting for my own order, then when I got my food I noticed that they didn't get my order right either

The location in Bracebridge is good food but every time I go at 5:00pm to get it they mage me wait 30+ minutes because they don’t have it ready. Why do they not realize that is supper hour????? It really hate this disrespect they have for people. Huntsville and Gravenhurt don’t have KFC so we are the only location in Muskoka. The food is good but the rest is so maddenly.

Showed up there at 6:00pm on a Friday (in Muskoka) myself and my 2 friend placed orders (small ones) and we sat there for 25 minutes before finally asking for a refund and going to little Cesar’s. If you’re gonna go anywhere, go to little ceasars or Popeyes. This place SUCKS.

Lmfao they only have 4 pieces of chicken what kind of places is that and then you gotta wait 25 minutes to get more than four pieces don’t waste your time going here
