Very slow . I thought this was a fast food joint. Slower then molasses in January.

The location in Bracebridge is good food but every time I go at 5:00pm to get it they mage me wait 30+ minutes because they don’t have it ready. Why do they not realize that is supper hour????? It really hate this disrespect they have for people. Huntsville and Gravenhurt don’t have KFC so we are the only location in Muskoka. The food is good but the rest is so maddenly.

Showed up there at 6:00pm on a Friday (in Muskoka) myself and my 2 friend placed orders (small ones) and we sat there for 25 minutes before finally asking for a refund and going to little Cesar’s. If you’re gonna go anywhere, go to little ceasars or Popeyes. This place SUCKS.

Lmfao they only have 4 pieces of chicken what kind of places is that and then you gotta wait 25 minutes to get more than four pieces don’t waste your time going here

Staffs are friendly in this location.

KFC never disappoints! The chicken was cooked perfectly—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Clean location and fast service too. Highly recommend!

Took over 40 min to get my order. Waiting around for that long was a little uncalled for

No customer service employees were playing on their phone and left our food on the counter We had no idea if it's our food ... after we were done our meal I accidentally left my phone inside. I went back in and I couldn't see my phone and one of the employee was laying down on the couch just close to the one I was sitting on and playing on his phone. I asked him if he saw my phone. He said no I totally checked everything nothing I went back into my car to check once again if it's in my car, I check my car twice. Nothing I went in third time and voilaaa my phone was there where I literally saw few minutes ago. There was nothing. I found my phone there, and all three of the employees were sitting there having some conversation.
The kfc owner needs to recheck their employee.

The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to their customers! They need more training on customer service, a simple question can get them all roused up! I wish there was an option lower than 1 star rating!

Ordered one of the family bucket meals. The chicken in the bucket was greasy. The breading was missing on half of the chicken on more than one piece. The chicken was soggy in pieces and dried out. Also we asked for macaroni and they gave us coleslaw.

Now that kfc is only culturally appropriate for Muslim people I no longer feel welcomed there, all I wanted was a chicken bacon sandwich and I was made to feel like I didn't belong in the country I was born in. When this company falls under it won't be missed
