Was told 2 outa 3 items i tried to order in store were not available tonight due to staff shortages. Also the 20+ minute wait time for the one item i did order was less then ideal aswell. Not a good experience.

This place is awful. Staff do NOT speak English and cough on your food order. Public health should close this location! Do not go here

Excellent Chicago style pizza!

I took Chicago style , wings and stuff crust yesterday ?? it was quite busy there was a line up and only 2 people was handling quite fast. Very happy with my Order thank you i preffer must visit try.

Very slow and not worth waiting for. Pizza Hut or dominoes is way better!

Called to inquire if I could move up my pickup time and was hung up on. When I picked up my order it was another debacle. Also none of the sauces I ordered and paid for were in the takeout containers. Very poor customer service in the front of house.

Sometimes, quality is excellent.Other times, we are served wings with broken bones, unidentifiable pieces of meat served as wings, and feathers still attached.I wish it were consistent and I knew when its a good day to order.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!Placed an order for pick up.1 stuffed crust, 1 regular crust, 2 orders of bread sticks & wings.Called back not even 1min after placing the order to cancel JUST the regular crust pizza. It took me calling them 8 times for them to finally pick up again. The lady over the phone was so rude saying it was already in the oven so I couldn’t cancel it, I was super apologetic even suggesting if they just put it in their case in hopes they could sell it that way. She said no because it was stuffed crust, I said “well that’s funny it’s a good thing I did call back because my order would have been wrong anyways because that pizza was supposed to be regular crust”…. The lady then argued with me insisted that I was lying and was only saying that because I wanted to cancel that pizza…. When that was clearly not the case so I simply said “fine I will just cancel the WHOLE order”. The lady was so rude and said “That’s fine I don’t care” then hung up on me. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers satisfaction, perhaps getting nicer staff to take the correct orders over the phone/in person and then dealing with the customers with respect.Pizzaville got my money at the end of this.

Very upsetting when I called to order a pizza 20 minutes before closing and was told “we already started closing and don’t take orders this late”

Just unreal tonight, everything that could've been wrong was. I could go on a rant but it is what it is.
