This was our first time trying Main St. Deli, and we couldn't be more impressed! When our original caterer had a last-minute conflict, Tyson and his team at Main St. Deli stepped in to save the day. Despite the short notice, they ensured everything went smoothly, delivering a fantastic spread for our Christmas party.
The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was a hit, and the portions were generous. Tyson and his team really went above and beyond, making sure everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, so we could focus on enjoying the celebration.
A huge shout-out to Tyson for his excellent coordination and the entire team for making our event a success. We’ll definitely be turning to Main St. Deli for future events. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food and top-notch service!

Honestly, I had a lot of hope going in. The looks of it was great, the seating area and spacing great, but I I ordered the BLTG and “upgraded” to a Caesar salad… when I got my sandwich it looked great but I took a bite and it was overly filled with mayo, so much that it was shooting out of the sandwich everywhere which would have been fine if it were a small portion and I didn’t have to take any home. But I did and it was obviously super soggy. I looked at my Caesar salad a knew it was going to be bad. To put it simply I needed some lettuce with my dressing. It was so gross, and I don’t like using that word but it truly was soggy from the start and unfortunately I took one bite and was done. To make things worse, our waiter only checked on us once before we sat for 15 minutes waiting to ask for our bills. once we asked for our bills that took about another 10 which was all very surprising because it’s not that large of an area to cover. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I paid 30$ for a meal I couldn’t even eat from the start because it was drenched with dressing. & I mean drenched! I’m sorry if this was just a bad day but for me it was not worth the cost or the hassle.(also the salad looked exactly like this from the minute I received it, unfortunately. I only took it home to see if my husband would eat it, so I could atleast not waste it and he was shocked as well and wouldn’t.)

14 of us had lunch in this well managed, clean pub like atmosphere. The menu was quite extensive for lunch. I had smoked meat with lightly seasoned fried potatoes (or a bowl of soup) and a delicious dipping bowl of gravy and a pickle. Beer selection is excellent, including nonalcoholic. On a nice day, you can eat out on the deck overlooking the main street... umbrellas and chairs The service was very efficient and friendly. Recommend you go a bit early if you can...11-12.

Very friendly server (owner maybe) who happily walked us through the beautiful menu. BLTG was huge and delicious; house made aioli was perfect. Tomato soup was full of roasted garlic. My husband had the harvest salad with chicken and said it was excellent. A great patio and all around wonderful first visit. We’ll be back for sure.

Service was great. Very nice people and very attentive. I had the roast beef sandwich, my wife had the Harvest chicken salad. The sandwich was very good... But the salad looked and tasted amazing (cuz I stole some off her plate). Fries were good too. We're only around for a couple of days and we may go back - I'll have the salad!

Amazing place with amazing food, but what really makes it stand out is the people. My husband and I went there for lunch with our 6 month old baby and as our food came out, he started to fuss. Our server who we built a bond with in the short time we were there offered to walk the baby around for us so we could eat. Meals together are few and far between these days, so it was really thoughtful of her. It was honestly one of the most kind and pure interactions I’ve had.
Have and will continue to recommend to everyone who asks what the best lunch spot is in Muskoka 🙏

The quality of food simply does not match the asking price. For example, the Chicken Caesar salad was just bad. The chicken was a couple dry fried chicken strips, the salad was minced iceberg lettuce with way too many basic croutons and enough salad dressing to drown in, along with a single slice of bacon broken into a few pieces. For a deli, this is the worst Reuben I have ever had. Service was quick, prompt and nice. Would not recommend, will not return.

If I could give a 6th star for service I would. Super super attentive and I have not heard thank you so many times at a restaurant. Great deli sandwich and shrimp was delicious, love me some coconut shrimp. Very clean dinner vibe and nice open patio for those pretty days.
