I ordered chicken curry (requested it to be mild in terms of heat) with garlic naan on January 5th, 2026. The spice, flavour and quality of the food was so excellent that I called to let them know. I said I would post a review so here it is. I was very pleased with the food and service for this take out meal.

We recently visited this hotel and absolutely loved the food! The biryani was incredible — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The loaded fries were finger-licking good, honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The chef was the one serving us. He was so polite and down to earth person. The overall dining experience was amazing — totally worth it and highly recommended! We will definitely revisit this restaurant.

Marigold Unique Flavour Indian – Thai – Indo Chinese | Highly Recommended

We had a great dining experience at Marigold Unique Flavour. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our visit.

There was a minor hiccup when a water glass arrived with a lipstick mark, but as soon as we pointed it out, the staff immediately apologized and replaced it without any fuss, which we truly appreciated. Mistakes can happen, and what matters is how they’re handled—and they handled it well.

The food deserves special mention. The vada pav was outstanding—absolutely authentic and a must-try. The other dishes we ordered were equally scrumptious, well-spiced, and loaded with flavor.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Indian food with great service. We’ll definitely be back!

The owner was incredibly kind and caring—she took the time to talk to us and even recommended some great places to stay, which meant so much to us. Her warmth and hospitality really stood out. I’ve visited Marigold twice now during my visit to Muskoka—once in 2023 and again recently—and I’m so impressed with the consistent quality of their Indian food. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious: aloo tikki, dahi puri, biryani, kadhai paneer, daal, tandoori roti, lacha parantha, jalapeño cheese naan, gajar halwa and mango cheesecake. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared.

Special shout-out to Mona*for her exceptional hospitality.She’s a lovely person who truly feeds you with love and care. Her warm and welcoming nature made the experience even better.

Marigold is a Gem for real in Muskoka. Me and my wife tried their Manchow Soup, Samosa Chaat and Vada Pav which was incredibly delicious. Must try this restaurant food, it’s top notch. Service is just exceptional and we are definitely coming back.

Do yourself a favour and get a Chai Tea on a cold muskoka day.
The paneer tikka masala and garlic naan were also very tasty, with lots of paneer and vegetables.
