Around 7pm a group of rowdy children were hanging around and getting food in store. The manager (I assume) handled these rowdy children very well. He set boundaries to help keep the store running well, protected his associates from extra hassle and clean up, and dealt with these kids respectfully and sternly. This is what a manager should strive for. If he isn't a manager, he should be with how well it was managed. Well done.

The McDonald’s in Bracebridge is consistently a great stop. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help, whether it’s connecting to the Wi-Fi or assisting with the app. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept, making the experience smooth and enjoyable every time.

When I visit Bracebridge, I love stopping at this McDonalds. Everyone is always so cheerful and welcoming. The food has always been delicious and fresh. It's quite the drive to Bracebridge for me, so I always have to use the ladies room, which has always been clean and well stocked when I visit. The dining area is also always clean, and I see someone constantly cleaning. This McDonalds is one of my favourite locations because of the cleanliness and friendly customer service.

This is probably the cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. On a recent vacation we stopped at a couple others, and it made me appreciate the work they put in to keeping their tables clean, garbages empty, and floors swept. Great job and kudos to their team!

Shout out to Ann(e) - the cleaner (worked there for a very very long time) who filled a glass of water for our dog and told us service dogs were allowed in McDonald's.

This McDonald's does that thing where they clear your order from their list so it doesn't count against the average serving time. Because of that, the serving time is longer and you have no idea when you will actually be served. The food is standard McDonald's fare.

We brought 8 people and ordered a meal for everyone then ice cream after that, we also ordered table service. The entire order was correct and the employees were very kind. Overall highly recommend!
