Terrible food. We threw out $230 worth of food that night
First timer, I wasn't impressed by the way they put the sauce on the food, which made for a very sweet, mushy, messy shimp Combo
Had I'd known, I would have asked for it on the side, that might have made it more enjoyable for me
Won Ton soup was delicious and available
ONLY TAKE OUT!

The worst food ever
The service was good very friendly staff but over the years the food is not only extremely expensive now but the portions are tiny and the last straw was tonight, got home and our beef and broccoli was mostly just broccoli we're going to find somewhere else to eat or start making it at home.
Almost all dishes are the same taste/flavor. No dine-in !

We won’t be back.
We used to love this restaurant but the last few times we’ve tried it it has gotten progressively worse. On our most recent visit the lemon chicken tasted like fish - they must not change their grease? The noodles were soggy and tasted funny and the rice tasted like charcoal. I was sick the next day.

⭐ 2/5 – A Sad Farewell After 30 Years
I’ve been a loyal customer of the New Haven for over 30 years, but sadly, it’s not the same restaurant it once was. The staff remains friendly and welcoming, but the food has changed so much—and unfortunately, not for the better.
I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but the quality no longer matches the cost. The previous owner left behind a restaurant that was truly on top of the world, and it’s disappointing to see how far it’s fallen.
If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to bring back the original recipes that made New Haven great. Until that day comes, I’m sad to say this was my last visit. Wishing the new owners all the best moving forward.

The food was very disappointing!
Fried rice was burnt. Chicken balls way over done. Lemon chicken overdone.chicken soo guy you were lucky to see any meat all breading.
Cost me 150.00 .
Will be throwing out at least 80.00 worth of food.
Had 7 adults 7 dishes and still all the leftovers.
My opinion save your money.
Not to mention when I called the following day to let her know about the food she ended up hanging up on me.
I didn’t want to call in front of all the company that was why I called the following day.

They do not do substitutions on meals, chicken balls and egg rolls were reheated and overcooked. Only went here cause I was in Bracebridge and Rickshaw in Gravenhurst was closed. Rickshaw is with the drive.

This was so upsetting, I always try to support local businesses. The food was all burnt, the smell coming off the rice was like an ashtray. PLEASE change the oil that you are using or something, this was a great spot for Chinese food when I moved up here 10 years ago. You can't serve people this, spent a fair amount feeding 7 people just to toss all of it out.
Gotta get back to what you used to be!
