I won’t be stopping to get anything from Olivers again. Just got scolded by the woman at the counter for having missed their drive-through audio. I’ve been inside the store before to purchase items, but we have never driven through alongside the building and it was not easily visible. The smart mouth that accepted us as customer thought she was going to use tone and attitude thereafter with us. I asked her for a chopped egg sandwich and she stated she didn’t have chop egg sandwiches. I knew that was not to be true because they kept an allotted amount of sandwiches in the case ongoing. I think she was taken off-guard when I questioned her not having egg salad sandwiches, and she changed her tone and said yes we have egg sandwiches. So, I could not see the front case because we’re outside the vehicle and she was telling us that she was not selling items that she in fact was. She wrapped things up with us giving this phoney politeness to cover following policies and procedures of good service in the store. I guess she figured that this would suffice if she was to be questioned by her manager for her attitude to a customer. I don’t know if she or the other girl standing there was the manager but it was unacceptable. We won’t be coming back to the store again because there are more than enough breakfast spots to choose from in the area. I would advise the manager to do spot checks on their own employees to ensure that they are giving the best service in order to have returning customers. I would also tell the manager to control the work uniforms that are worn at the store because the form fitting, up the crotch stretchy pants she had on aren’t enough to fill her tip jar in the front.

Thank you to this Oliver’s location. They make the best breaky bagels here. Other locations like in Port Carling don’t cook the bacon enough and burn the bagel but it’s always great here. Always great service too unlike the Port Carling location. The girls you can tell enjoy working here but in Port they’re pretty miserable for some reason.

Normally my favorite place, but adding .10 to my bill because it was under 5.00 on debit- I will not be back.- not a sign anywhere- illegal
I used to be a frequent customer, but the coffee and baked good are sometimes a disaster, camp muskoka in my opinion is just a better place to grab a coffee
