Placed an order online and it said pick up in 30 minutes. I did my running around and then went to get the order.
I gave it 45 minutes because it was a weekend evening so I figured they would be busy. I walked in and gave them my number, they told me my total and I paid and then I was informed it was going to be another 30 minutes as they were just working on my order. I had my baby and my great grandma waiting in the car so I asked for my money back because I wasn’t going to make my kid and 89 year old grandma wait. I was then informed I can’t get a refund as there’s not an issue. I was super annoyed because I should have been informed prior to paying there was another 30 minute wait because I would have chosen to just grab something quick elsewhere. I ended up waiting and the next day we all woke up with stomach issues.

I just had the most Delicious pizza at pizzaville.The pizza looked good and tasted amazing .literally 💯💯 delivery drivers are friendly and my pizza was on time . service much appreciated.Will deinitely try their BBQ chicken pizza next time.

I ordered 8 pieces chicken wings, 1 bottle coke and garlic bread. To start with it shows items delivered at 7:15 pm but did not receive order until 8pm. I had to call customer care 2 times. Secondly the delivery Indian guy asked me if I have had made payment so I did say yes , then I showed my email payment made via card and also the dash door apps proof of delivery yet he still asked me are you sure you made the payment? Lastly, I realised he did not give coke which I have had ordered . By the time i turned to him, he was gone. It’ was an awful experience with the delivery. I am expecting my refund for my coke which I made payment via card. Hope this review will create alert for the new customers.

Pizza cold, not even in an insulated bag, pop hot. Finally delivered 30 minutes later than quoted. Im 2 blocks from the store, longtime customer. Was a great place...not anymore.

The food is real - by that i mean, the toppings are legit. Example: Bacon is strips of bacon, not bacon bits. The drivers are always so friendly. The service is prompt and delivery is a bonus in my neck of the woods. Thank you for being part of our family take out nights!!

I strongly suggest you eliminate the ‘tipping’ option for walk in & pick up orders. When I place my order online and drive to pick it up myself, I deserve the tip. You can see the difference with the staff too when someone does tip vs who doesn’t. I just got a slice for lunch. The gentleman in front of me tipped and the employee was super kind. I didn’t and she placed my slice in the counter and walked away. Insane. It’s not fair to ask customers to pay more nor having employees expect a tip for just doing their same standard job. It’s a terrible model. Remove the tip please!!!
