Overall, the service was great and the meal was fantastic. I got the Veggie Hash and drip coffee. The most impressive part of the experience was how fast the food arrived - I believe it came in under 10 minutes. The hollandaise sauce on side ordered was done very well. will be back again..

I've been to Stacked in Bracebridge twice since it opened. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food quality was fantastic and came to the table in a reasonable amount of time. Our server Kendra was fantastic. I highly recommend her.

This restaurant is a great addition to Bracebridge. The food is amazing, the portions are big and the menu is extensive, so many options including gluten free. The servers and hosts are very friendly and provide great service. I was shocked to see some of the reviews suggesting otherwise. I’ve heard nothing but great things and experienced nothing but great things myself. I’m glad to see them doing so well and can’t wait for my next visit.

Amazing food with good ambience. "The banana French toast at this breakfast spot were fluffy and delicious, and the coffee was strong and aromatic. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and reasonable prices make it a great choice for a morning meal. I highly recommend their signature items.

Stacked pancakes is where it’s at!! Was here for the weekend and loved our morning breakfast! Considering how busy it was, the food came out quickly and tasted delicious! The staff and environment as a whole was positive and enjoyable!

I'm a local from huntsville, decided to try out the bracebridge stacked and it was amazing! The food was delicious, service was great and everyone was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

absolutely horrible service from this place today. we called ahead for a bigger group and they said they would hold a table for us. when we showed up, the table was given away to a group of cottagers and we were told to wait over 20 minutes. decided to go somewhere else with a better atmosphere and experience ( homestyle cafe)

Was turned away for being too diverse of a party and was getting dirty looks from all staff. Truly disappointing service to not even be accepted into the restaurant and singled out as outsiders trying to fit in to the Muskoka community. Won’t be returning and warning any minorities to be ready for a boot out the door. 1 star service is this places specialty.

As a returning customer for the last 5 years, I was very disappointed with the service today. Very unprofessional methods of table reservations, giving away tables at the expense of people who have been waiting for over 20 minutes. I will not be returning, and they lost a valuable customer today.

UNACCEPTABLE service. We came in and were told to wait 15 minutes which we were completely fine with. they sent us a text when our table was ready and we came in to claim our table, the hostess told us she gave away our table and asked us to wait another 30 minutes more time for another table to be available. this is not how you should run a business. it is first come first serve especially when you have been on the waitlist first.

I cannot believe how unprofessional the hostess service was here. We went in with a group of 7 and they told us we would have to wait so they took our number and we waited outside. When we finally got our text to come in we immediately walked in within the minute. They informed us that they gave our table away to another group, of which only two were there, despite us all being there ready and had already waited a long time. We then were told we could either split up or WAIT 25 MINUTES….. I cannot believe a business like this is a respected resultant chain if they are treating their customers this way. I seriously recommended that you stay away from this business and that you bring your money elsewhere such as a family owned restaurant.
