Let the high paying customers add their own cream and sugar etc to their coffee. COVID is long over. Stop being so cheap and keep your grubby little money handling paws off my stir sticks and condiments.

50/50 chance of the workers being nice to you, usually the drink doesn’t taste good

Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and a great place for meetings. Outside patio is great as well.

When someone tips a buck on an overpriced coffee say F'n thank you at least. Maybe eye contact without looking inconvenienced.

The people serving were slow and they were gossiping in a vocal way and it was very inappropriate. Ignored you until you until you had been there for 15 minutes. Got medium drink (I ordered large but it was loud at the time so she didn’t hear me) but all ice no drink. Rice Krispie treat stale. Photos taken after I dumped some ice in a nearby planter.

Hello everybody, I wanted to just make a quick review about an accessibility issue that we faced at this Starbucks the previous weekend on May 19. On Sunday, I went to Starbucks with my service dog, and friends also have service dogs. Upon entering the store, we waited in line for our turn and then were told by one of the employees that our dogs were not allowed in the store due to them not being vested. I told the employee that legally a service dog does not have to be vested as long as it provides help to its handler. She walked away and grabbed the manager. Once the manager arrived, she asked if our dogs were service dogs, and we said yes, and then proceeded to say we had to leave due to our dogs not being vested. I once again mentioned that they did not have to be vested and also mentioned the reason why they’re not. It was a very warm day, and who would wear a winter jacket in 30° weather? The answer is nobody, nor would our dogs want to wear vests in the heat. The manager once again repeated that they had to be vested or they must leave, and I asked where this was stated, and she said it was a Starbucks policy. After a little bit of back-and-forth of me trying to explain that it is an Ontario law, we decided to leave and wait outside while the one handler that had a “vested” service dog got our drinks. After leaving the store, we sat outside and looked through the Starbucks service dog policies, and it was nowhere to be found that a service dog had to be vested. The manager's explanation was because of them shedding. Shedding does not stop. It is important to mention that all of our service dogs were quietly sitting down on the floor away from any food. Service dogs provide important tasks to their handlers, and this manager and employees were either falsely informed or decided that they wouldn’t enforce a rule that was not in place. This disrupts our lives and our medical equipment due to misinformation. What I’m trying to say is that after we tried to educate the manager, she simply kicked us out. This has happened to one of my friends at this location previously, and after she asked for evidence of this, the manager just told her to leave. I will be providing the Ontario law as a source as well as the Starbucks website information, where nowhere does it say that a service dog needs to be vested.Another important note is that the service dogs were labeled as well so they did have a form of identification although not needed.

Hopeless service and staff ability yesterday (Apr 19/24) The server got our order wrong then could not make a good flat-white - she tried twice but both were more like weak milky coffee. She didn't greet us or smile at all, and after I told her the second was no better than the first, she walked away and said, "Have a nice day," over her shoulder.

I really wish the team here wouldn’t prioritize only people in the drive thru. I stood there for 5 minutes by myself at the cash and watched everyone drive by till someone took my order. I know it’s busy but I suppose I’ll just drive thru every time now.
