My dark roast Luke warm today
The Starbucks in Bracebridge, located at 500 Muskoka District Road 118 West, is spacious, clean, and a comfortable place to sit and recharge. The drinks were solid and consistent, delivering exactly what you expect when you just want caffeine without surprises. Our first visit around 11:00 a.m. moved at a glacial pace, likely because the store seemed short-staffed, but things improved the second time around. By our last visit—on November 9, 2025—we skipped the line entirely and went through the drive-thru. One thing that stood out, though, was the lack of courtesy; not a single “you’re welcome” after two thank-yous. Guess courtesy wasn’t on the menu that day—but the coffee still did its job.

The staff here are always kind and friendly!! I’m sure a Starbucks in cottage country is always very busy and these ladies handle it with grace. I also love the messages they write on some of the cups !!! The other day a young lady drew a cute kitty on my latte 😽

Walked in recently with my dog to get a drink and leave. Two steps in and the (I believe) manager says from across the room “is that a service dog “? She’s not but I had no intention of staying in the store. I also have no intention of leaving my bulldog in the car during a heat wave. Walked out. Went to Oliver’s. “ahhh, would your puppy like a treat”? In my neighborhood in downtown Toronto there’s a Starbucks every 50 feet seemingly and I’ve never had a problem picking up a coffee with my dog. North America is so backwards compared to Europe with regard's to dogs. BTW my dog is well mannered and trained

This location removed the tip option, which is appreciated—but then charges extra for light ice in a lemonade? That’s a bit strange. The few cents you’re “saving” by doing this really isn’t worth the hit to customer satisfaction. Other locations don’t upcharge for this, and it just feels petty. Lastly, I don’t appreciate the gossiping.

Nice to have our coffee in a china mug. Many Starbucks stick to the paper cups for eating in.

I think it’s ridiculous when you pull up to a drive-through window and they put a debit machine in your face asking for tips. I buy a coffee and they’re asking me for Gratuities for simply passing a coffee through a window God I hope Tim Hortons doesn’t start doing this or anyone else for that matter

Let the high paying customers add their own cream and sugar etc to their coffee. COVID is long over. Stop being so cheap and keep your grubby little money handling paws off my stir sticks and condiments.
50/50 chance of the workers being nice to you, usually the drink doesn’t taste good
Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and a great place for meetings. Outside patio is great as well.
